My wife was working with an Insurance company. Having supported a lady who was repeatedly sexually molested in the office by those who were close to the manager, the manager started harassing her with the support of the remaining office members who were also a party to the corrupt practices that was being undertaken by them. It became intolerable and on one evening he ran behind her abusing her with words unbecoming of a manager. Following this mental torture that she had to undergo for over days and months as she was not a part of their fraudulent practices she had to seek medical treatment and decided to resign. She was forced to file a case against him for the blackmailing and trauma he had caused. The manager along with the support of the remaining members and the superiors initiated a departmental inquiry based on his fabricated complaint which went on for months together which caused a lot of mental pressure on her. The manager who belongs to the SC community has threatened to make use of the benefit of the SC/ST act to penalize my wife. It is two years since my wife resigned and she has been denied of her dues and benefits by them. Please do let me know how we could have this solved, for the company seems to be supporting this manager.
Can anyone please suggest law firms in hyderabad for internship, I am studying in llb 3ydc 1st year.
