Non bailable warrant

(Querist) 06 June 2016 This query is : Resolved 
we have acase in kanpur court for which we fail to attend on first date under sectin138 the majistrate has issued a non bailable warrant.
a local lawyer told us that in kanpur you have to get an local surety 2 for one case any surety/jamin from other part of country like delhi will not be acceptable.
can any one guide as we want to face the hearing but difficut to get surety in kanpur

Professional sureties are available in almost all courts. Sp get in touch with one of those or take help of a local lawyer.
