sir, i am a respondant of a writ petition in High court.(ENCROACHMENT CASE).The petitioners got Interim injunction 2 times which are as follows.
1) Order dated 19/11/2015
NOTICE OF MOTION RETURNABLE BY THREE WEEKS.PRIVATE NOTICE IS ALSO PERMITTED.IN THE MEANTIME,THERE WILL BE AN ORDER OF INTERIM INJUNCTION.
2) Order dated 8/12/2015
AT REQUEST,POST AFTER TWO WEEKS.INTERIM ORDER ALREADY GRANTED,IS TO CONTINUE.
REQUIRE CLARIFICATION:
Sir,i want to know
1)whether interim injunction granted is in force or not for the present date???
2)Almost 6 months completed from the date of last order.Interim is live or not?
3)Does it requires another application to get a new interim order?
4)Municipality team is trying to remove the encroachment as they are saying interim injuction is not available for present date??
5) Whether doing eviction by municipality is legal or illegal for this present date???
Please give suitable solution to get again of interim injunction order.

Sir/ Madam, My friend Ravi is facing Police Case( "498A & 3/4" ) since 8 Years and other two cases in Bhopal. He had filed divorce case (on " 13 a "etc) in 2013 in Bhopal. Because, his wife isworking in Pune she got transferred the case in Pune by SC. I have few queries as follows.
1. First Question: - In Divorce Case, Petitioner side all cross examination is completed. Now Respondent as 1st person Cross is yet to start. In this stage Petitioner is sowing few new evidence like Greeting Card, Photos.... etc. related to happy moments. Respondent is objecting the Pray & They said that this is not a stage to put any evidence because Petioner Cross is completed. He cannot ask question to Petitioner. So pay for new evidence should reject.
Kindly Suggest on what ground of Law Petioner can submit the Evidence.
2. My second question is : - Respondent has written in the Court that allow the matter on secondary evidence, because they have filed all Original in Court of Bhopal in case of 498 A. Is this is correct request. Because in Trail court (SDJM court) these papers had not examined, So, we like to oppose the matter.
Kindly suggest is the correct to say that Secondary Evidence (ie certified copy) will not be acceptable.
3. My Third Question is :- In FIR case of 498 A, Investigating Officer Cross Examination is completed in Trail court. We are trying to get certified copy of Case Dairy of Investigating Officer (Police Sub Inspector) OR at least Victim Girl Statement but Layer is telling it is not legal to get Certified Copy or any document submitted by Investigating Officer.
Kindly Suggest on the ground we may get the copy?

What is the procedure for advocate commission when the other party is resisting partition and threatening the party. What is the remedy for partition suit in such case. please advise kindly. What rights are available under our constitution.

I HAD BEEN GIVEN CONVICTION FOR 10 YEARS AND 50 LAKHS FINE IN CBI COURT IS THAT TRUE THAT UNTIL I PAY THAT FINE AMOUNT I WOULD GET BAIL IN HIGH COURT???

My grandfather (mothers father) got property from his father which is his own earning property.my grandfather has one son and one daughter (my mother).my grandfather gave this property to my uncle literally.do my mother have any right in that property??
If yes,what is the share of my mother in that property.?

UPSC police verification
I cleared upsc combined medical services written test and applied for interview .i had no criminal. Charges on me at me at the time of interview. Application and filled the attestation form with no option against the coloumn regarding criminal case.before that i had complained to police about a person who slapped me and that person mafe a false complain on me by a girl.fir was registered on him. i just knew that a girl had complained on me in polices station but the police did not inform me or call me to p.s. but they came to library and took my signature and told that v had arrested that person and v just came to inform u.later after i sent the attestation form to upsc i received a court summon regarding the girls complaint on me.so i had to take bail.then i attended interview and got selected.now if there is again police versification if i mention about this ..will there be any problem?please help me ..i would be greatful to you
