sir one of my relative is getting maintenance amount ordered from the court from her husband but his husband deposit it after 6-8 months later when every time she files a recovery case.is there any provision so that she gets it on monthly basis into her bank account as her husband is a govt employee.

She can prey court through petition for orders accordingly.

Ask her to apply for attachment of salary of husband. It would ensure regular payment of maintenance.

sir
my husband has filed divorce petetion. generally I remain unwell and also under tension since he is not paying maintenance amount ordered by court in time. Is there any ground for stay or delay divorce petetion filed by him since I have also filed petetion for enhancement of maintenance amount.

Divorce does not disqualify you from getting maintenance, however, you may opt for one time settlement during the divorce proceeding.
Further, ask your advocate to file a petition to get a favourable order for deducting the monthly maintenance directly from the salary of your husband.
