Please guide me.
I have completed diploma in instrumentation engineering, due to father death and economic issue I couldn't complete graduation/BE.
now I want to complete gradation for MPSC//UPSC.
Can I get admission to BA external in open university after diploma ?

Respected Experts,
Kindly go through the attachment, analyze, guide and oblige as early as possible. As, I consider it was my right to approach the Hon'ble High Court for quashing the case. And in many judgments the Hon'ble Apex Court has also held that when in matrimonial disputes, if both parties are agree to reconcile and lead amicably agreed life, then to proceed further trial will surely be futile and shall not be in the interest of justice.
The issuing authority perhaps wishes the applicant to go for such a trial about which an Hon'ble High Court of Judicature has already decided that it will be futile and cause harm to the interests of justice.
Please help and guide with the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India Judgments citing "Payment of Full Wages in Cases of Criminal Proceedings Quashed in the interest of Justice even the Petitioner has spent some time in Judicial Custody. (URGENT IF YOU PLEASE, ONLY 10 DAYS OF RESPONSE TIME GRANTED BY THE DISCIPLINARY AUTHORITY)

Hello All,
I have posted earlier related to divorce case my husband wants to file. I have married on Feb 19th we only stayed for few days and my husband went to haryana on march 20. He has doneB, LLB, ML and now doing phd in law but not ready to work and he is 32 now.
My husband said he married just for the money I earn and the jewels and property I
have.Form March till early june there was no communication between me and him.
On june 5th we had meeting with our families for negotiations.
Day:1
I consulted the people who did this marriage and my relatives and arranged a
negotiation.I was very stubborn to live with him but he said if you people make me to live with her I will suicide and then after long hours of arguments he simply said he doesnot want to live with me and accept me. Since he said he doesnot want to live with me one of the mediator asked to return the 45 sovereign gold and all the belongings which he said yes but later denied stating it was in locker.
Day2:
He returned the gold after a long drama taking one pair earings(1.9 grams of gold).He demanded my mangalsutra and the engagement ring which everyone asked to remove if he is not ready to live with you.Then we have asked for the other materials and money which he took from me and denied by him.
Day3:
He asked me to sign notary stating that due to differences in ideology and preferences we opted for divorce which I denied and demanded to make a full settlement of 126000 of cash given as Dowry and the Mobile phone which I bought.Then my husband did drama he doesnot want any divorce and he was under stress by the panchayat people so opted for divorce and wants to live with me. The real story is he doesnot want to earn and is doing phd in law at haryana. He simply takes money and spend lavishly for shopping. Now he says he will file RCR on me and makes me to come to his home and then he will torture me, He then files divorce and he will not let me to court for 2 hearings and he will get the divorce in 3rd time.
After all this drama, even I do not want to live with him becoz i have found that in past he had sex with his student and seperated by signing a document that they do not hold anything for the accident.
My question is how can I get the money which I gave as dowry and the other materials with Divorce as he has only a house in his name.

hello sir i need an expert advise from you.i have been selected in upsc cms after interview.now i have a case pending on me u/s 509 354a which is a false case registered on me. i m yet to receive an appointment letter from the mcd .so should i intimate upsc regarding the pending case before appointment?will it effect my apointment letter?will they cancel my candidature?

We had purchased land in latur maharashtra before 10 years ago all documents of land is on my fathers name.but, some people has illegely living on land (made a kabja )from 2 year .we had made complaint in police station many times but they are not supporting us.sir, what should i do please guide me....

My surname is Walia which belongs to Kalal caste. So I have applied for OBC caste certificate under the caste kalal which comes in centre list of OBC for Madhya Pradesh state at serial no. 38 and it has been issued by the authority also. On the basis of thst certificate I have applied for government bank jobs and used this caste certificate with no issues and I have been selected for IDBI bank. Now I went for IDBI documents verification on 2nd may 2016 and my OBC certificate date is 29 April,2015 ;which is more then a year older; so they asked to submit a fresh OBC certificate. So i applied for a fresh OBC certificate but this time SDM denied me of issuing the certificate stating the reason that Sikh does not comes under OBC and walias are not kalal. Since my parents doesnt have OBC certificate, I am the first one to have the certificate. So what could be done in this case ???

i have logged complaint under 156 (3) and Lower court passed order as "investigate matter and file charge sheet" and on that order FIR logged but other side approach to High court for set a side order and quash FIR u/s 482.
High court send matter to lower court for after fresh hearing pass fresh order with "observation and facts " due to earlier order was short order.
hence high court set a side the earlier order but not mentioned to quash FIR.
Whether it is consider that FIR quash ? and fresh hearing require only for observation noting ?
pls guide....

Birthdate on birth certificate
Respeted sir,
I have this query regarding my Birthdate correction. I have to apply for my passport.
According to my birth certificate i was born on 12/01/1995. But all the other documents that i have i.e. aadhar card, driving license, 10th, 12th marksheets, engineering degree etc. have the Birthdate as 14/01/1995.
Is it possible to change my Birthdate on the birth certificate. If yes, please guide me with the procedure. It would be nice of you tell me if there was any govt. Portal for clarifyi g such issues. I was born in Nagpur district in Maharashtra.
