Sir..i purchased a house from A in 2012...A purchased it from B through registered sale deed in 1997...B from C in 1995...now after so long a nri filed police complaint against me of illegal occupancy of his father house..i enquired that C in 1995 purchased house from this complaintee man s step brother whose father got died that tym and nri was outside india..his father made no will..so after advertise in paper ...nri man s step brother sold this property through legal sale deed but without sibling consent...plz guide wat r our options..thanx

Respected Sir,
I am staying with my family on rent since 47 years at Adipur Kutch Gujarat. We have paid all rents regularly. Since past 10 years the owner is refusing the rent payments and we have came to know that he has transferred the ownership. But, now since 3 months some people are harassing us and they are forcing us to vacate the premises.
Sir, we are not that financially sound to hire a lawyer.. I request you to suggest me a way out so that I can get stay order from court directly without the involvement of any lawyer.... Please Reply......

I got an accident in gannour Harayana , last december , i was present so for in all dates , now i am forcing to pay Rs 2 lac for compromise, otherwise they will give punisment of jail , my own advocate is doing some thing wrong , as everybody know

hello,
On dated 12-06-16, I visited Jaipur. Prior to visiting jaipur, I made a booking at one Hotel for 3 members(1 female, 2 males) for 2 nights and 1 day for a total sum of Rs.3000/-
On dated 12-06-16, at around 1:30 am at night, when v reached, the hotel did not allow us the booking and said that Rs.3000/- is for one night only or for 24 hrs.
Query
what is the remedy I have having against that hotel. Does this matter can b taken at CONSUMER FOURM.
Note:- I only have the telephonic recording as proof.

Both brother purchase a pice of land by self earning and amicably partitioned between them and one brother sell the land of another person and his another brother identify his brother time of selling but some years later identify brother file a suit against percher under section 4(1) of partition act.

Sir, I HV been charged for 354,217, 66a,67b,it act.. 11,12 pocso... For sending obscene msg on facebook.. I got interim 8 days bail...n got nxt date....now wat will happen on next date...? N the fb I'd was not mine ..someone made fake I'd...n the girl who complaints has also has I'd on fake name......like...her name is nisha singh but wats written on her I'd is ,..singh is kingh. N msgs waz shown dated July 2015..?? CDR has not been submitted.?

Dear Sir, currently our society is facing related to unauthorized construction over certain floor, as an society member as well as individual I am concern how we should handle this situation, although builder is communicated to us and working for us as he is sharing the information but we are not sure current situation is how much our favor and how much not, can you advise what should we do ? or what As an individual I can do?

I am doing business of carrying and forwarding agent.last year one company approach me and we made an agreement of c and f.company was new in field.agreement done in month of may.they recruited two employees and requested me to pay their salaries and expenses on behalf of company but that was oral discussion they appoint the employees after interview at their office without appointment letter ,initially due_to technical problem they couldnot supply material they supplied material in the month of july.but the material which they supplied was out_of demand .employees forced half of the material to retailers as a result they couldnot collect payments in time and as a result company told me to wind up their activities .and terminate employees ,and lifted unsold material .now my query is that I paid four lacks to employees .and spent fifty thousand on transport .now company is denying to reimburse my payment and send me notice through advocate of breach of contract bleming that we didnot keep stock records .and not appointed any employees .although they took meetings of employees on their sites we have minutes of meetings ,mail records of correspondence but purposely harresh me ,on the ground of notice please suggest me .what to do ?

can a life membership of the trust can be transfer by seccession certificate to the legal heir, if not what is the procedure to get life membership transfer. pls help
