Sir my name is Raj Tawate , staying in andheri west D N Nagar . Our society is under sra redevelopment from last six years . Builder/developer is Jayesh & deep Tanna from sai siddhant developers .
now they have stopped rent from last 2 years & we all 40 tenants are in worse worse condition . there are many old & disease people who dont have money to pay rent as well as for paying for medicines
please help us .We are looking for Advicate who can help us to close this issue & get us possession

Dear sir I'm from kanyakumari., tamilnadu Yesterday Due to the rain my neighbor house teak wood was fall down on my house and house roof was fully collapsed. Firstly my neighbor told he will give for the expenses. It was estimated around 50000 by the contractor. Now he is telling he cannot give that much money like that.... What I can do when he refusing to give the equaliance.... When I m going to legal service it will be benifit for me for my lose Ur reply is appreciated

Our housing society in kalyan(thane ) which does not have any parking.society managing committee made decision to park two wheeler back side of my flate.I get disturbed because of this.Is it legal decision made by committee?

My mother has filed a Will favouring her(my late fathers will) for Probate . She alone is the petitioner vs 4 children. She is above 80 yrs of age. What happens if she dies before the case is decided by the court ? The case ends and the property is equally divided into 4 shares ? Actually this case is a proxy litigation by the youngest son who resides in the property with my mother to grab the whole property and he has already got a will (registered)signed by my mother giving him the whole property to the exclusion of us 3 siblings before he got my mother to file the Probate case .In case she dies will my youngest brother continue with the case or my fathers property be equally divided into 4 shares ? My learned friends kindly advise . Thanks.

my cash credit account is due for renewal but bankers not renewed in time and branded my account as npa and processing charges is debited.
my question is .
1.they debited with processing charges to my account and same day reversing the interest as npa

Hi,
I am a muslim graduated woman. Got married according to shariah law in 2013. We have a 2 year old girl child. My husband is of violent nature. Gets angry eazily for silly things. He used to beat me since marriage. This time things got worse. neighbours saw me beaten up by husband. I got admitted in hospital. Next day after discharge we went to police station. In police station also he tried to beat my father. Police took a case under section 498a. Police have not arrested him coz his advocate is moving for some anticipatory bail or something. What will happen next? What all shud i take care of in this case? Advice me with Dos and donts? Will me and my child get maintanance( he have a take home salary around 33000) ? if yes how much? And most importantly will he be able to get into other marriage( coz he used to mentally torture me saying so. And his both parents are 2nd married) ?

Hello experts,
We need your valuable advice as we are too much confused in a matter.
This marriage is my second marriage. After 1st marriage divorce deed, I filed application for decree.
In the mid time, we consult to lawyer and I marry again to NRI and lodged spouse file for Australia.
Before they open our file I got divorce decree.
When AUS immigration open our file, we got query that I fill "unmarried" in our marriage registration form. so this second marriage is "invalid"
Now what about our current registration? And how can we make our relation valid?

i filed divorve case on desertion and wife filed hma24,she dont like to give divorce her intention is to get money frm me and dragging d case.my daughter is 5yrs i want to fie case for my daughter but confused wt to file,sm1 told me i ll nt get custody since i m Working in military.

My cousin is working in a school as a teacher since 2 years.The institution is registered under ESIC. Her present salary is more than 15000. Upon approaching the management for Maternity Leave, the management expressed that she is not eligible for Maternity Leave as she has crossed 15000/-. In this situation can she claim the maternity leave benefit from the employer?

I have got a flat in the building of my ansecstral property.I want to sell it. Do I need to have mutation for this? The has been alloted to me in my name by the promoter. Kindly advice. As per promoter I don't need to have mutation as I am one of the owners.
