Dear Sir,
please tell me, some houses situated in Gurgaon
i want to know if HUDA department acquire land for Road before 30 years with section 4 , 6 , and 9 after also HUDA sent notice of section 18(i) before 11 years we had submited appliccation against this notice, in between many person purchase property in this land with Registry, Mutation,NOC (nagar nigam and Town planner),house tax deposited also
now government want this land for road without any compensation due to they are saying, government had already paid but compensation is in court
my question is if this land for Road then why is giving registry noc and mutation till now to people, can huda department and nagar nigam give registry noc mutation for as this land
please give me suggesstion

sir,
there was a falsified police case(criminal) was registered on my younger brother on september 2009 under the sections of ipc 307,324,340. at that time he was civil service aspirant even attended upsc civil service interview on may 2009(he did not get service). He fought in local court and finally got aquitted on july 2014.
now is he eligible to join if he gets selected?
some people says that his career is over now.he is on the verge of dilemma.

I belong to Indian Information service group B(senior grade).in final seniority list,I have been placed below to DRs(30 NOs)while our DPC held on 08.06.2007 and Drs vacancies were reported to UPSC on 05.07.2007.ministry has justified by giving rule references.
my queries are:
ministry considerd date of reporting for DR while for promotes,consider date of DPC held not initiation date(which is one month prior to reporting date of DRs)
is it justified? can be chalanged

For how many years should Bombay city civil court maintain old adoption petition judgement order etc...I got an adoption order in 1990 for my adopted daughter.Will the papers still be there in Bombay city civil court?please advise...

Hi Team,
Since our marriage of 9 years.My wife is a working lady. I am facing multiple challenges as she crosses family ethics and choices. Ex - Long hair to Short hair, See through dresses, and many more. When i try discuss she revolts and goes to police station and states - Domestic Violence. I am afraid to face any legal challenges. Please suggest for the same.

I have a house in mumbai in pagadhi system which is below the ground level due to which i face lots of trouble in monsoon.
Our house is G+1 and we are located in G. The person located on 1st floor was made some settelment with the landlord and left the place 15years ago and the same is empty for which BMC has removed upper part of the House (Patra) hence we face more difficulties.
Kindly let us know the process to raise the height of the house and what shuld be done of 1st floor.

I have a house in mumbai on pagadi system i used to pay rent to one of the partner and due to HUF as a owner their are many owners and after the death of the partner whom i used to give rent expire no one is available to pay the rent and as mentioned due to HUF who is the current owner whom i should pay rent is unknown so kindly let me knw the way i can pay the rent in court and how?

The plaintiff filed original affidavit in 2002 with certain details. For non appearance of him or his advocate the case was dismissed. He pleaded and court agreed to rehear. He filed affidavit where there are material changes from the original. The court made it an exhibit. Our plea with the court is not to make this an exhibit and pass order suitably. Please suggest whether our approach is correct? Or what we should do?

Atrocity
Sir fake charges of atrocity against person of ST community is filed on me.FIR is filed on 17/5/16.i have taken bail on said charges from Bombay high court.my query is that whether I can apply for quash of FIR to high court as this case is harassment for me financialy and psychological my.also I am a government servent and case can hamper my career. Pls guide me.
