Hi respected lawyers,
My case is pending in Lucknow high court which related to murder of my mother.the last date of hearing was 2nd may 2013 and after that no hearing has been made.so I have few questions around this:
1) Is there any law or procedure that a high court need to follow to decide a next date of hearing of a criminal case?if it is then what is the procedure?
2) who has the authority to put a file in high court for next hearing on a particular date,registrar or judge?ie who decide the date of hearing for a particular case in high court?
3) Is there any way to get early date of hearing in high court.Is there any law or procedure for that?please explain.

Sir,I had a charge of IPC 341 323 and 34 but the witnesses of my opponent didn't came and the complainant had withdrawn the case by compromise.Now my question is
1) what I have to write in my character antecedent certificate?
Have I ever been prosecuted?
Yes or No?
2)After compromise,if there will be any record of this case in the police station or it will be cleared???

A certain bank has sent email regarding confidential report of EMPLOYMENT CONFIRMATION an employee working at Central Govt (PSU)for sanctioning the HBA loan to employee.But concern officer neglected and loan was not sanctioned. Regarding this Employee has asked the employer to provide the information on Action taken and file notings on email which was asked by bank for HBA purpose and name of the concern officials through RTI. CPIO replied there is no recorded copy on this.
If public servant neglected the official duty section80 of CPC shall applicable or employee can give legal notice to head of the depatrment for his all losses.

If I mortgage a non agricultural land for borrowing a loan for agriculture purpose and incase of default, can SARFAESI be enforced on that land.

Can a power of attorney given to me by my aunt to represent her in her property matters with various authorities be on a paper which is franked or does it have to be on Legal Stamp Paper only?

What is issue process in criminal M.A., if FIR logged but accused approch to High Court for QUASH FIR and set a side Order But High court not quash fir and issue order for Fresh Hearing for note Observations,
then issue process order issued by Lower court ? OR yet not ?
whether old FIR Quash at any stage...

Do it valid even after Gujarath high court declaired it as void....now can a co operative society be a public sector/quasi govt. Establishment.

Hi Sir,
My name is Arvind and I am 35 years old right now. I am willing to know about one course offered by mylaw.net (Advanced Professional Certification in Corporate Law Practice ). I want to know will the courses offered from this institute are recognized across industry. This Diploma is for 52 weeks and its all based on online study method. I also want to give little background about my carrier since need an advise too. I have done my law degree from Agra University and had been working with an MNC from almost 8 years. My domain is Account receivable but my interest is towards corporate law. So its my request to all the experts here to advise if this diploma will help me getting a job in the field of corporate law or if there is anything else I can pursue to get a job.
