Registration of leave licence agreement

I m having residential flat at dombivli, thane. Since i have shifted to mulund i had to give the said flat to one of my known person. He and his friends are staying in the said flat prior to its registration. The issue is that, the flat is in joiny name of myself and my bhabhi. Can i let out the said flat in my name? Or is there any need of any legal document from heirs of my bhabhi and my brother or their children? What procedure do i need to follow to register the same??what us the role of the society regardig the same??is there any rule that it cant be let out to the batchelors??what is the procudure for police verification??and at what stage ?? Do i need to obtain power if attorny from legal heirs if my bhabhi?? Thanks in advance.

Do minors in muslim law have share in grand fathers property

Hi sr/madam,

We have bought a land from a widow women, whose husband and grand father in law expiered at that time.

Widow women and her 6 children signed registration deed in 1995 , now her minor children filed a suit in 2005 tht they have right in that property.

Please help us to win this suit

Retiring

we had hired an employee in the year 2013, as on date his age is 60,as per company policy retirement age is 60. please advise whether on retirement can we make payment towards grauity. and after retirement can we hire him under contract with higher salary and without leave and other benefits

Help needed

Sir, am appointed as ldc under compassionate ground. Its been two years. My dads community doest say anything .but my mothers community says obc.so i mentioned it while filling my form for compassionate ground . Now they have sent the certificate for verification. Some are saying obtaining obc certificate from mother is wrong . And i in my office they hav adjusted me in obc category . Now i think the verification may be neagtive. Can i approach my director general to change my post to general category. as am appointed under compassionate grounds and did not enjoy any benefits under obc.can the director general revise my order.. please suggest me a opinion ..my job is at risk .it wil very help full. I didt do any thing wrong

Discharge or final day attendance

i am 41 years old accused-victim of 498a

case is in trials in lower court

a2, a3, a4 are my old parents and elder sister

they are not in a position to attend lower court, because the place of my residence else where(other city)

currently they are on attendance dispense by the direction of high court and not attending the trial court, this was decided in 2011, when i was working.

Now my case is running with the help of legal aid.

current position of trial stage: only pw1 (de facto complainant) was examined in part

query
1) at this stage can we file for discharge because, i dont know about this before framing of charges, nor my advocate(legal aid) did not tell me

2) can we take permission or dispense for attendance of a2, a3, & a4 on the final day of judgment

any information needed to answer my query please ask me

Muslim mother sold property after died of father and grand .

Hi sir,

My father brought a property in 1995 which is sold by a muslim mother and her sons. But she had 3 minor childrens. Who put a case in 2000 that her mother and brothers cheated and sold ther share . property was der grand fathers . and trail court order degree that pardanashi cant sell a minor property . and limitation time is 12 years and given share og 2/17 .

Please help me out how to win this case

Reconstruction of apartments by owners

Hello Experts
1] I am a resident & owner of a Flat / Apartment in Chennai, majority of our residents/owners wants to for the reconstruction of entire Apartments thru a joint venture of with flat promoter, in this situation what are the legal / important points we have to keep it in mind before entering into an agreement with the promoter.
2] If any one of the owner oppose this proposal then whether it has to be stopped, is there any other ways and means to continue by ignoring the opposing individual owner. There are 28 houses in the compound.

Blackmailing and asking for extortion money

A local gangster who is also vice mayor of the city , is threatening and asking for extortion money by calling me and my brother. He is also connected with a national political party . If we go to lodge FIR or criminal complaints against him to local police then there would be not any relief granted to us . In such conditions what we should do???

Non transfer of property

Dear sir,
A person had purchased one property from the owner of the property and the person paid the entire purchase amount and the person started residing in the property but the owner of the property instead of transferring the property dragged the matters for years but know the person who was residing in the property died and the family members including wife and children are scared and in turmoil sir they are residing in the property for 15 years what legal step can be taken to save the property as it is known to the neighbours and the whole society but the owner is cunningly not transferring the property in the name of that person
