I want to know the procedure of changing sc caste to BC or obc caste.
I was earlier reddiyar caste then unknowingly my mother transfered to sc arunthatiyar.
When I came to know. I want to change again from sc to reddiyar.
What will be the procedure.
I havehave both community certificates. Kindly give any suggestion

I am having a private car registered in th e name of company and rto tax is paid as per company.car is used for traveling to factory and partner use . toll plaza authority are asking to pay the charges for commercial vehicle.what is the way to convince the toll authority regarding non commercial vechile.

Sir I was working in a private bank there a fir is lodge against me and it is under trail in section 406,409,420 I have resigned that back and start preparing for the next exam and qualified in govt exam. In that exam I told that I was not working any where currently as I resigned but now I have to fill verification form in which I have to tell the truth of my case I am afraid that it may be the cause of disqualification. As dept may refuse to accept me with the case under trail. Suggest me my fear is for true or nothing is this may happen to me.
OR I conceal from the next employer about the case. If they accept me and I got conviction in that case then what is the consequences of it on my next job. Pls Sir suggest me.

My DOB is 21-12-88 (actual and is in certificate issued by municipality also)
Bt DOB proof is 10-02-89 (I am using this as my date of birth proof and is in 10th admit card)
Now the passport rule is DOB after 26-01-89 need birth certificate.
In my case if I will apply for passport and submit my 10th admit card then they will definitely ask me for the birth certificate cos I am a birth of after 26-01-1989 according to admit card bt my certificate is of 21-12-88
West Bengal Board of secondary education has already denied. They are able to change the dob in admit card bt that birth certificate has to be issued with in one year of the birth bt my birth certificate was issued after 10 years of my birth that is 1998.
So what to do now, please help me, I really badly need your help.

my company rejected my retired dependents medical benefit as the dependents total monthly income exceed more rs 6500/- i m not pretty sure about this law and don't under stand if my dependent earn slightly more than 6500 which he invested his earned money in FDS,that does mins that his medical benifit from my company should be taken out . please guide with this query.

I have filed a dowry case under section 323,354, 498a, 504, 506 but my lawyer did not registered F.I.R. and now the husband has moved a petition for interim bail. Can his bail petition be cancelled on grounds that he made false statements and I have some documentary evidence against him that will prove 90% of his claims fake. Can I oppose his bail application on these grounds?what are the chances of getting it cancelled? Can conviction occur after trial since I have evidences in form of CDR, MAILS AND VOICE RECORDS

Is unregistered partition deed valid?
Sir a unregistered partition deed was written in year 1989 by my maternal grandfather, regarding the distribution of agricultural lands between his sons. The lands have been distributed as per the will of my grandfather. It was clearly mentioned that there is no share to person X in a particular land. Now since the person X is dead, his elder son has sent us a legal notice claiming equal share in that land.
Since the partition deed is unregistered, can it stand valid in our fight at court?? Please suggest.
