Dear Team,
I am residing in Chennai and i received Mortgage loan of Rs. 4 lakhs last year in Bank,same was registered with concerned Registration office towards bankers and now I applied for Rs. 2 Lacs additional loan and same has been sanctioned to me recently. Now bank officer asking me to again register for Total Rs. 6 Lacs and insisting me to pay for ths same.
Kindly clarify whether I have to pay Registration fees for Rs. 2 Lacs or for Rs. 6 Lacs.

Hi All,
Grant of family pension to married daughters is possible if her Husband is
physically disabled with 75% Disability,and she has no earning source of money .
A daughter is seeking her father pension which was exservice man and her mother and father had been died.
So is this possible to get family pension on this case ?
Mother died 10 years back ,father died 2 years back and her husband met with accident 6 years back and physcially disabled now
by Medical board .
I am aware with the rule that widow and divorced daughter can claim for family pensions, but if her husband is 75% disabled then
he is fully on bed and no earning source , so why she cant get family pension ?
So Is there any case /or court decisions on this type of case where a daughter claimed family pension if her husband in physically disabled
and family pension (her father ex army person ,both father and mother died )

Pls help me and give me some advice pls me and my gf talked to eachother 17 april night from 10 to 12:45 and then she found dead in the morning and in short pm report found dat she had consumed some suspected poison but in her hostel dre was no clue of poison found and viscera was sent to find the exact poison . and now her family blaming me for her death they are saying dat she has committed suicide bcz of me ..i have abetted her to commit suicide but we talked each other casually and planning for next meeting and some romantic talks and she havent left any suicide note against me jus police and her family saying dat bcz of my last call she had committed suicide ..and i have given two times statements to d police now pls tell me dre it can be any case made against me on d basis of last call how can i prove myself innocent even i havent done anything wrong with her i love her so much pls help me

Hi, after six months of probationary company wanted to extend the probation for another 2 months, as it was 6 months which i completed.I have resigned job saying since my performance not satisfied to you. But company is asking me serve notice 3months as per Agreement, but in the agreement they have not mentioned the cause if we leave within six months.
Can i have any right to leave immediate with proper relieving letter as per labour law.

Mai 2008 mai saddi ktha tha. Mere ek ladki ha 6 years ka mere saddi k 1 years bad mere husband mujhe hat uthate tha every day drink kar k mujhe mere pitaji se rupiya lane ko kahta tha.mere husband mujhe kuch nhi deta mai mere pataji ke ghar mai aksar rahti hu.mere husband mujhe dhamki deta ha ki mai agar divorce ya police mai compliant karo to bo mujhe jaan se mar dega.ish liye mai deside kiya ki divorce nhi denge police mai compliant kar ke mere husband se dur chali jaungi kiya ye sahi hoga.plz advice me sir

Hi, i purchased independent house at narapally, hyderabad. It is ready to occupy house. We were told by builder that if we declare it as under construction property we would be charged less vat,than what is applicable to finished property, and accordingly paid 24200rs,, as the price is 25lakh but he said he would charge vat @1.23% of 20lakh. Plz tell me how much my total registration cost would be with breakup as he had taken rs110000 from us for the same. Expecting quick response from ua end.

Subject : Hands-on-exposure/Field Posting of Central Power engineering (Group-A) Service (CPES) Officers of Central Electricity Authority (CEA) in the Central Public Sector Undertakings (CPSUs) / Other organizations – reg.
Sir/Madam,
The above scheme is designed by Ministry Of Power , CEA and Central Public Sector Undertakings (CPSUs) including NTPC / Other organizations and circulated by MoP vide Office Memorandum No. 33012/01/2015-Adm.-I dated 10th July, 2015 , to enhance the technical competence in Central Power Engineering(Group A) service offices of Central Electricity Authority, in the area of power sector contraction, operation and maintenance. this will provide them not only technical competency as well as they will familiarized with the best practices in the application the advanced technologies which would enhance there managerial competency to meet the growing needs of power sector.
I was nominated for the above scheme ,Central Electricity Authority(CEA’s) vide Office Order No. 11/3/2015-Adm-I(CEA) dated 21st March, 2016, deputed in NTPC Ltd. Gadarwara (M P). , in the aforesaid MoP’s office memorandum it has been stated that the officer will continue to draw his salary during the three year period of hands-on-exposure/field posting from CEA and only the benefit of Housing, Medical facilities and other allowances, as admissible to similarly placed officers of the concerned organization may be provided, if the officer opts for the same. I have already intimated my opinion to NTPC Ltd. in this issue.
NTPC Ltd vide letter No. 01:HRS:HRB:DEP/CEA dated 06.05.2016,intimated detail terms and condition of the posting under above scheme in which "no deputation duty allowance shall be paid to him by NTPC. Further as per extant terms of DPE guidelines, he shall not be entitled to allowances and incentives / performance related pay in NTPC".
The extant terms of DPE applicable on deputation of government office ,i am not on deputation that is why I am not getting deputation allowance, I am posted here under the above scheme , which will governed by the Ministry of Power Office Memorandum No. 33012/01/2015-Adm.-I dated 10th July, 2015.
in view of above what should I do ,NTPC is not giving any allowance and CEA is only given to me Basic & DA, I am suffering financial losses.

Its been a year and half since i applied for child maintenance from my husband. Husband's salary details submitted in court 4 months back. From last 4 dates my advocate kept saying judge is on leave or other reason and no progress in these 4 months. kindly help me with my query. How much time it takes for child maintenance?

Hi All,
I was appointed by a private limited company in Pune. My appointment letter sates that If employee resign his/her job after working 5 years, then he/she has to complete the notice period of 3 months otherwise company will deduct amount of notice period from his/her salary. Now I left the company after completing 1.5 months of notice period and company deduct my 1.5 months salary saying that you have not completed notice period.
But I was written in my resignation letter that "I understand that my notice period is 3 months but I would like to leave the company in 1.5 months." The company accepted my resignation letter with notice period of 1.5 months and they relieved me after 1.5 months.They didn't even discuss about notice period but they deduct from my salary.
I request to experts, please suggest, is there any chance to get back my deducted salary.
