Sir in a private complaint u/s 420 IPC being filed by me the case is at the stage of pre charge evidence and I want to examine witnesses in support of my case and for that I am filing application u/s 244 Cr.P.C .I want to know wheather any D.M or T.A of witnesses has to be .borne by me or not as in sec 244 Cr.P.C there is no reference about it ?

Release deed documents

This is regarding my property which went into redevelopment and the redevelopment agreement was made in my mothers name. This agreement was not registered nor stamp duty was paid. Now my mother has expired. My brother is giving his share to me so I contacted a agent to prepare and register a release deed. Now the agent is telling me that first I have to pay the stamp duty and registration of old agreement between the builder and my mother only then we can prepare a release deed and get it registered. Also I would like to know the entire process about how the flat will be transferred in my name. Please advise.
