Recently i have lodged a complaint against a man on account of molestation (ipc 509)in public. The court has almost started its procedures. And what happens if the witness doesnot show up herself in the court..?? Am constantly trying to get connected to her bt there is no response. (i do not know her personally we met there at the place of crime and she was there with me at the police station to file the case.. ) And I understand her reluctance in showing up herself in the court.. Finally what happens if she does not show up in the court for hearing..?

Good morning sir,I HV constructed a house in 2012at ambala haryana and given on rent in 2013.but rent person intension changed after 3 months and stop paying rent. Ihv filled a case in court to get my house vacant.I won the case but he appeal in session court then in high Court. I won all case
But to take revenge of it he fillied a false case against me and my father. Saying that we have beaten him on 29/9/2013.
On tthat day I am in Mumbai I HV proof of my ATM withdrawal from my account but my problem is bank is not giving me the cctv they are asking for police letter and also it very old they might not hv it
Sir I am service in merchant navy and living in Mumbai for last 4yrs but court send summon on my native place ambala and now issue a warrant for proclaim offender.
Sir he very clever person he has given a affidavit in court that his income is less and avail a facility of free advocate in all above case.I HV approach the court for not giving him a free advocate as his income is very good and have a car but they say he has given a affidavit so we have to give a free advocate if u HV proof give us. I also filled rti in income tax but that say they cannot provide income details of any one.
Just because of free advocate facility he keep on filling a false case against me as nothing is going from his pocket.
Sir please tell me how he can file a false crimal case against me of beating him when he has no police FIR.
He just summit a story with a medical report MLR.the MLR clearly says no blood no injury no swelling nothing. I think he approach the govt hospital see doctor for false medical report but doctor may be refuse him to give and give him the actual condition report.
Please tell me how a case can be filled against me in this situation.and how a MLR accepted by court hand over to him.MLR is always handover to police.
The main motive of this person is just to feddup me with court case and not to do the my merchant navy job.
Please help me to get rid of this .
Also tell me how to get rid of his repetting filling of case against me.

In view of recent Delhi High Court decision that Service Tax Authorities can not conduct Audit of assessee.
I want to know
my audit was conducted in past and reversal of service tax credit ordered by AC on the basis of audit report is under appeal with Commissioner Appeals.
May I get the benefit of above decision?? If the audit is itself ultra vires of Service Tax Law, how can the service tax credit availed and adjusted in payment of excise duty can be reversed??

Arbitration Award (money) received under old (Pre-2016 amendment) Act. Debtor Company challenged Award in district court under section 34.It also petitioned for Stay on execution till Challenge OP is decided. Court granted ex-parte Stay till Hearing and sent us notices. Seems fair enough so far.Both petitions now coming up for first Hearing after 4 months.Will the Court grant absolute Stay till the OP is heard,which can take years ? If the court is inclined so,do we insist on some conditions for this stay ? What other options we have ?

There is a person with properties worth several crores. She became mentally invalid five years ago. She is bed ridden.
A public notice was issued by court under mental health act 1987. No one claiming to be legal heirs came forward. High court in a writ petition of habeas corpus has declared that she has no legal heirs. The high court has also declared that none of her properties will be transferred without permission of the court.
I'm her primary caretaker.
Now, this person is critical. I fear that all kinds of people will claim her properties and take possession. I know that all properties belonging to her should go to the state. However there is no known process known to me to get this done.
Can someone guide as to how can I apply on her demise to the court, to ensure that no one takes possession of her properties and they are handed over to the state government.

my question is that.... i had a exam on 11/06/2016 of CONCOR. but my exam has been left .. reason by railway department. i booked a reservation barilly to lucknow on 11/6/2016 train time to depart on station 2.40 am but the has depart after 4.30 am and the reached time at lucknow of train 7.30 am but train reached on 11.15 am .
due to this my exam has been left.
can anyone tell me .. can i claim my expences and compention from railway department. if yes.... do tell me how?
i have all the proof and all the time record. how and why train arrived late at the station.

can a limited liability partnership company have two tin number in one state...... if not ...... the do tell me if LLP company wants to open franchize in same state but in different district... then whats the provision.?

Maharashtra state law CET cell have mentioned on their 2016 E-hall tickets that they will not accept an E-Aadhaar as a valid document despite UIDAI have specifically mentioned on their website that, “Aadhaar card delivered by Indian post and E- Aadhaar card letter downloaded from UIDAI website are EQUALLY VALID.
Is section 167 of IPC applicable against Maharashtra state law CET cell?
