Four contractors have forged several commercial tax officers certificates and produced to BDO and evade several lakhs of VAT.On the basis of CT dept officials FIR filed against the four contractors u/s IPC 420, 468 and 471. Pl tell whether they bailable or non bailable. TQ

Sir thank you all of you for your suggestion on my older post. Now there is a change in my criminal case that was in sec 406,409,420 Sir as challan has been put up before court and it is under trail after charge.
Sir by studying my case I collect document and file a appeal to higher officer of my dept. To reinvestigate the case as the case was false they investigated the case and found that the enquiry officer is any other person and sign on the document is off another person and found that many of gawah are false and they don't exist.
And new enquiry officer submit his report so my higher officer wants to know that now after challan how can they help me technically so that case must finished and dept is safe and me also.
My lawyer suggest me to file 482 as if dept enquiry is malafide firstly then there is no mean of challan.

Dear sir I am a handicapped person my vehicle was seized under section 376 IPC but neither the driver nor the vehicle had any involvement know while the vehicle was seized I applied for release of the vehicle on bond on the ld court in the mean time I could not pay the bank installment and the vehicle was repossessed by the bank from the police station what are my rights I had already invested around rs 600000 in my vehicle and am totally frustrated with all these headache and tension and the vehicle was given to me on submission of bond of around rs 550000 in court. I have the order of the court for release of vehicle on bond now how to get my vehicle back as it assumes that the vehicle may be sold to the third party by the bank

How a woman can take legal action against break up harassments which are amount to abuse, threaten to harm her, threaten to RAPE , mental torture, spreading rumors in society, modesty abuse, by using abusive words blameing for everything fake? While break up is caused for the force to have sex by threaten to suicide, hurt the modesty, willfuly humiliate in front of others, using slang, threaten to harm her, blaming her for everything even which are not her fault but definitely his fault. It was a forceful relationship by threaten to suicide for seven months.
And one point to be noted, for their political power they have control over the legislation system whether it is governmental or local.
Please, suggest, how to stop these type of crimes legally and forever.

I have an query that
Mr A is finding a good doctor for abortion of her wife ,then he ask about this from his friend (B) and Mr B suggest a doctor for this activity .
So my question is that if any problem occurred so who will be liable for this.

Dear Sir
A lady (A2)is the illegally wedded wife of a deceased person{(A(govt of odisha employee)} enjoying pension from govt treasury. The illegally wedded wife is married to that male person while his first wife (A1)was alive and never had any divorce between them first marriage.
The male retired person (A) and his first wife (A1) both are dead now and the second wife is alive and enjoying pension from illegal wedding.
My question is to how to stop this?
How can i get the certified copy of the pension account and details and marriage and death certificate copy submitted to the pension authority and any other necessary details for this case.
To whom i have to say or write about this?
Please inform me about my question and what ever i missed any other stuff that need attention ?
I am very thankful and grateful in advance to you learned gentlemen. Please Help me to save taxpayer money.

Dear respected sir/ madame,
I had filed one complaint in district forum which was admitted and the opposites party was to file the w/v in the next hearing date but the op raised preliminary objection regarding maintainability of the case which was rejected by the LD district forum and ordered op to file w/v .now the op has filed one application that the op is not going to file w/v as they are going to prefer an appeal against order passed by the LD district forum regarding maintainability of the case sir my question is if the op prefers an appeal in state commission can the proceedings in the district forum be stayed and what steps can be taken from my end in the next hearing date in the LD district forum

My mother has got 2 acre of paddy field on her name also holding pattadar on her name . My uncle along with ancestral properties of paddy look after my mother paddy field too .
uncle pay tax for both ( ancestral property and my mother property) in is name for last 5 years . Uncle is non married aged 83 having 3 sisters and 7 nephew and 3 niece . He dont have any other income to live . Now let him continue as it is . After his death
1 will mother get her properties back in her name
2 as he have 2 other sisters and nephews will mother property divided as because tax is in his uncle name ?
