Dear sir,
I am residing in my great great grandfathers house for more than 80 year now in the past the house was transferred in the name of all the brothers and sisters excluding my great grand mother who was the daughter of my great great grand father now I am the sole person residing in the property for more than 30 years and no one has bothered to look at the property sir I repair the property do every other work related to the property but know I want to transfer the property in my name as they are trying to sell the property without my consent can I claim adverse possession to the property when I am residing in the property and they are trying to oust me from the property

Need suggestion and case reference if any for the below query. redeveloped building and old society and new flat purcahser matter. we are new flat purchasers.we are yet to add as society members.
In our society MC members and all other members have extended the chajja area and dry area post obtaining the OC and without BMC permission. the same extension is not as per approved plan. my q is whether society has any authority to issue or pass any resolution to do such chajja area and dry area extension? if yes then pls specify the rules and section.

mere bhai ne ek auto lene ke liye bank se laon liya tha..kuch din bad bank ka kuch Emi missed ho gya..jisase bank maneger ne auto ko khada karwa liya..
bt..February me hme LOK ADALAT se ek setelment notice mila..to hm lok adalat me setelment krne k liye..sara matter 70.000 Rs setelment hua..maine 50.000 Rs turant doposit kr aur 20.000 RS bank maneger ne kaha dheere-dheere jama kar dena...
fir maine jab kuch dino bad baki ka amount jama krne gya to maneger ne kaha k
tumhara bank agreement cancel ho gya hai..agrement ka date expired ho gya hai..isliye tumhe baki ka ful amount 1.17,000 rs aur jama krna padega..jab ki mujhe n to koi last date btaya gya tha aur nhi kuch written me mila tha....
ek hafte pahle hi 5000 Rs jama krne k liye gya tha..tab v maneger ne kuch nhi bola tha..
sirf 15000 rs aur jama krna tha aur ab maneger 1.17000 rs mang rha hai..
mai is layak nhi hu k full amopunt jama kr sku..so plz help me what can i do...plz..sir..plz..!!

Sir,
I would expect your advice to the following my query.
1). If the letter patent appeal is filed than before the division bench than it is called as second appeal or only first appeal only.
2). If we file Letter patent appeal, can we attach stay petition together same like first appeal.
3).If letter patent appeal is filed & then also the decision give by the division bench is perfect
accordingly to the aggrieved party than can he file a appeal to the supreme court or not.
4)Pls advice when appeal in preferable to the supreme court is better or letter patent appeal is good because i have heard that if the aggrieved party is not satisfied by the order, judgment .

Background
My father was a railway pensioner. He retired in 1974 and passed away in 2002. We had filed for the payment of Lifetime Arrears (LTA) of pension due to him. There is no issue of family pension.
The arrears have been paid in two parts - Nov 2014 and June 2016.
The first application was filed in 2003 by my sister - the nominee. However, nothing happened. I took over the issue in 2012 and started pursuing the matter and filed additional applications as additional facts emerged during the course of the follow up. The applications included
1. Payment of the additional LTA (paid in June 2016)
2. Interest on delayed payment of LTA (paid in Nov 2014 and that paid in June 2016)and
3. Revision in the pension based on 5th PC
While Issue 1 has been resolved, on the other issues there is total silence. I have exhausted all administrative routes available.
ISSUE BEFORE ME
I am now planning going to the courts for Issues 2 and 3.
In my opinion there are 2 routes available
1. Go to CAT Mumbai bench with 2 separate petitions.
2. Go to SC with civil contempt for interest and CAT for revision. I have significant evidence (as per my assessment) to prove willful disobedience for civil contempt.
Objective is to get money as also change the system so that future cases of other people do not have to take similar effort. For interest there is a general decision of the SC that I had invoked in my claim.
What course of action would you recommend?
PS I do not have any formal education in law. However have read extensively. No practical experience other than that required to solve my issues.
