my father was expire on 2005 while working as headmaster in govt ashram school of maharashtra after that we application for compassionate appointment and my brother get appointment as untrain primary teacher in same department in 2006 and in2009 he complted his shikshan sevak in jun 2010 he aqaire req qlalification and give proposal to department for regulation of service in permanant scale at that his department i.e tribal department thane came to know that compassionate appointment will given to olny class 3 and class 4 employee and they give notice as ur father is class 2 officer u have no right so we reply for that notice in proper way after we many time pray for regulation of service but they igonore at the end we decide to go in court so we appeal in maharashtra administrative tribunal and till now case in pending in court some day before department give termination order
some important fact of case
1) at the time of applying we clearly mentioned that my father was headmaster so we didnt hide any informantion
2)at time applying my brother is studing as bsc agree 2nd year he left stuydy and join service because of responicibility if they told that time about gr he continue his study and go in higher possition than now
3) in genral any recrument to cheak qlalification of candidate eligibility of candidate or gr related to post to cheak all this thing it is responcibility of respective department and not of that candidate so while giving apointment why u not cheack this thing
4)rightnow my brother is age of 30 he complted 10 year service now he have one daugher now u give termination without thinking now what to do
5) most important till from 2006 to 2010 he get 1500 and from 2010 to till he get 3000 per month now tell daily wage worker who work in farm get 400 per day i.e 12000 per month then also he work for 3000 by thinking that he will get justice
is this ur justice without thinking giving termination...... pls i need suggetion from you thnk u in advance

My father got property through will from my grand father which is self acquired by grand father. now my father written registered will on this property.
giving equal to 1.my elder brother son
2 to me 2nd son to my father.
3. my sister
but mentioned life interest to my mother
My elder brother expired in 2015.
in Jan 2016 my father expired.
now my elder brother wife and son have no income to survive.
my elder brother son is minor and share holder of property.
1.how to sale the property whom permission has to be taken. what is procedure.
2 is there any right to my brother's wife on my father's self acquired property
3 In register will deed My father mentioned any fixed property which is in my name at the time of my death those property will belongs to my mother. with full rights.
(which is not specified but some land is in in his name to be transferred to my mother what is procedure. shall any one have right on this property.

हिन्दू संयुक्त परिवार की एक पैतृक संपत्ति में पिता " क " और उसके तीन पुत्र सहदायिक हैं एवं पिता की तीन पुत्रियां भी हैं पिता की सन् २००३ में मृत्यु तक कोई विभाजन नहीं हुआ था एसे में वर्तमान में तीनों पुत्रियों एवं विधवा का उक्त संपत्ति में अंश तीनों पुत्र के समान ही होगा या मात्र वह "क" की हिस्से १/४ संपत्ति में से ही अंश प्राप्त करेंगीं ??

in 2012 i entered into a sale agreement for 15 cottahs of land with a broker at 3.25 lac per cottah...he paid 10 lac in advance and subsequently paid 17 lac more...10 lac was mentioned in the sale agreement and 17 lac i wrote on the back of it...the agreement stipulated that the broker will get the lands transferred to people of his choosing and within one year...
however in 2 years he only had us sell 12 cottahs of land and 3 cottahs still remain...
now he is not letting us sell nor selling himself...
the sale agreement was unregistered...
now what shall i do to retrieve the land?

I am applying for registeration of copy right for literary work which is variable unpublished work. My 10 pages for copy of work is ready.. In future i would add some more pages as the work changes. shall i add in or amend the same work which is registered or i need to register another copyright for that work.

Can a single person hatched a criminal conspiracy? Any judgment of Supreme Court of India.
A person is booked u/s 354, 506 & 427 IPC. He was booked by the ACJM in Novemeber 2011. The trial is going on. Since the beginning of 2013 that person is filing the false cases in the court and giving false complaints to police against the complainant and the family members using his minor daughter. So far 7 such false cases and 3 such Police complaints have been dismissed. That person is continuously hatching criminal conspiracy and filing these false cases and giving false police complaints. can this person be booked u/s 120 (b) alone as no court can take cognizance of section 182 and 211 IPC (as it is barred u/s 195 crpc). What other remedial action can be taken against that person?

Hi experts,
Background:
I have purchased a piece of land from the owner of land in a village in Indore (M.P).
Registry documents were prepared by Seller's advocate.
Location and details of plot both doesn't match to what deal took place for.
Though details are wrong seller is verbally saying that he is giving possession of land for which deal was done.
There is no plot matching the details mentioned in the registry.
Amount mentioned in the registry is too less than what I actually paid.
Queries:
1. Can registry be changed with correct details?
2. Can I ask for refund of money and take legal action if seller doesn't refund the money.
Any advice is highly appreciated.

Canara bank not giving joining
Respected experts I have been refused to give joining by Canara bank and the reason which they are stating is that the name of my degree is not mentioned in the advertisement of IBPS. Ibps is a private organisation which conduct written exams and interview on behalf of different public sector bank for various posts like PO,SO , Clerk.
I was selected for the post of specialist officer (Marketing) and allotted to Canara bank.
In the advertisement of ibps they mentioned name of 4 degrees ie MMS,MBA,PGDBA AND PGDBM in Marketing specialisation.
I cleaned the written exan in December 2015 and cleared interview in Feb 2016 .
If they have to reject they could do it at the time of interview only,as hey do a document verification just before the interview and only eligible candidates are sent for interview.
Also other banks like Bank of Baroda,union bank of India is not doing any such thing and they are considering every candidates for joining.
We are 52 candidates in total.wt shud we do in order to reverse the decision.
