Sale of devatya prorperty

We had a land which was sold in 2010. The buyer had checked the documents before buying and was satisfied with the documents. Now after 6 years they are telling that the land was devatya property which they didnt check at the time of registration and that they would file a fraud case against the owners. Will this case case hold? And is there any responsibility of the witness here provided that we have not provided any fake documents.

Bank termination

Sir, We filed the case against SBI against termination due to non disclosure of pending case at the time of joining in June 2013. But, the case reached the Hon'ble Judge on 18.06.2016 after a gap of 3 years. Bank's Lawyer filed a petition on this day and Judge gave Bank 2 weeks time to further submit supporting documents. But on 30.06.2016, as Bank's Lawyer didn't report, and his Junior reported. Judge postponed it to 4 weeks further. My query is if Bank's lawyer did not report even though his junior reported, cann't the Judgement be given?? For the Judgement, is it required that both lawyers be present?? My third query is still how many adjournments approximately will be there for final Judgement??

Regarding Divorce and child custody

Dear sir, there is a case on me for maintenance, and another case on my mother of domestic violence. After consultation with my lawyer, I have applied for a case of divorce and custody of my 2 year old child in Madhya Pradesh near my hometown.
So I want to make sure that, weather it is compulsory for my wife to attend the pending dates? or she can reject petition saying that there is already one case going on me
Maintenance case is going on in Ernakulam, Kerala. Please suggest. My lawyer from Ernakulam is not attending my call or replying my messages. Also she do not have whatsapp or any other thing to communicate. When she picks up calls, she gets angry on me, even though I call her once in month. I am confused .

I have sold a house & now i want purchase a new house by taking a loan from a bank. I want to know that:

Can I pay installment of my housing loan from the amount which I have received from house which I have sold as I want to know about all the details about the Title deed of the new house. Thats why I want some loan.

After caveat -next steps

My father has a plot which he bought around 38 yrsand for which he is paying property tax too. Now he was planning to construct a house, so he applied for electricity connection. Another person who has eye on that property bribed the electricity officals and stopeed from given connection. So my father sought legal help and as per the advise of the lawyer he filed a caveat. The other person is threatening my father. How to proceed further for constructing a house.

If employee is not interested for parmanent employment

Hello Sir, as I have received parmanent employment letter but I have resigned fron my current services and not given signed confirmation letter to HR

Then shall company force me for 3 months notice period.
