What is the court fee for the declaration of sale deed to be null and void?

I have ancestral property which was self acquired of my grandfather but without my knowlegde or consent my brother alienated entire property to third parties in the year 2011, still i am in the perpetual possession of the land, meanwhile i heard that cancellation of sale deed will only be admitted if the sale deed dated three years prior to date of filing the suit.
therefore in this regard, i choose to seek the relief that declaration of sale deed to be null and void kindly inform me either fixed court fee or ad-valerom court to be paid?

tenant not leaving my property

i want to construct my house and my tenant is not at all willing to leavr it.I have been requesting him to leave since 6 months but now I feel its too late.I dont have any agreement regarding it.The tenant has not even cleared electicity bills for very long time.Can i take any action against him.

Transmission of shares based on a "will"


Mr. X has asked XYZ Ltd.,a company located in West Bengal to transmit the 1000 shares held by Mrs. Y her mother (since deceased) under folio no. 23540 in physical mode. The status of the deceased as per their record is Resident. She has made the "Will" in the year 1987, when she was residing at Middlesex (London). On the basis of the said "Will", the Court of Ontario,Canada has issued Probate in favour of Mr.X.
Can XYZ Ltd.transmit the shares on the basis of the said Probate?

What to do for getting leave

Hello sir.
I am a government bank employee. I want to go on tour for 10 days and i have done all my reservations of train, air and hotels amounting Rs. 50000(approx). I have applied for PL before 1 month of journey.
My management rejected my application and saying that in your branch there is only two staffs then how can i give you leave.
Now what should i do for my loss of reservations etc.
And in future what should i do to avail my leave.

Number of leaves

How many number of leaves can be accumulated by an employee in a private organization ( Maximum ) which can be encashed at the time of leaving the organization . I want to know is there any maximum limit .

About Agreement of Guarantee

My father signed as a guaranter in his friend's loan before 3 years in CO operative Society. But now my father is no more, He died before 1 year. But his friend has not completed his loan yet. Can I do the process of share transfer in society as heirship or not?
After death of guaranter, Is contract void or not?
This type of guarnatee is said general guarantee or continuing guarantee?

To start a company?

Learned experts,
My son is a software engineer.An offer has come to develop a software from a company. He has to submit quotation. The company wants the quotation to be submitted by company only. Now, he has to start a company. My query is can he not start a partnership firm and submit quotation? If he is to start a company, whom to meet?
Kindly advise.

Employee does not serve the notice period

Hi

Our company ask for 1 month notice period on the resignation. One of our employee put resignation on 18 June, 2016 and stated that he will serve till 1st July which are 14 days. Company had not very good experience with this employee so they release him on same date without any document. Now the employee is asking for salary for first 18 days as well as the experience letter as he has joined somehwere else.

What does the law says that is it advisable to give him salary as he refused to serve 30 days notice period? Do we still owe him experience letter?

Regarding purchasing of plot.

Please give me advise regarding purchase of property. I have seen 100 sq. yards plot in which is not in Municipal Committee Area and at this time the plot is in Panchayat, there is no facility of sewerage, good roads and all the works regarding maintenance of roads is under Panchayat. I have met the property dealer regarding purchase of plot and requested to see the map of the plot. Please give me advise regarding purchasing of plots in that area is fruitful for future or not and I am a govt. employee.
