Apply for charge sheet

Hi Experts,

I am from bangalore, last year my sister committed suicide with death note, now the case in the court, still we have not received summons.

I want to know how to get the charge sheet filed by police to court.

what will be fees for that & what is the procedure. its mandatory to go with advocates?

There is no time limit to file charge sheet.
However if you want expeditious submission of charge sheet, you may send letter to higher police officials and if that does not give any result then file writ petition in high court.

Why should you get summons? Are you accused for abetment of suicide? If you are accused then you will get summons and also a copy of chargesheet on the date of hearing. If police do not give appeal to the judge for order.
