bought property in bank e auction its Home. While am buying bank authority took symbolic possession. After becoming successfull bidder defaulter approached drt filed sa. And sa got dismissed..
Again he filed under 226 writ petetion certiotary to quash drt order. High Court dismissed. His writ petetion again he filed review petetion..
Again he is having option t go any court ?
1. Now bank authority is not giving property possession.. 2. after taking full cash from my side. And they were not giving any interest. For this loss what I have t do..
3. For this Loss whom I need t approach..

Is it possible to take leave without pay from my current employer with the permission of job? I am in govt service and want to go on leave without pay for one or two years.. During that LWP period I have to do some job for my expenditures.. Is it possible to do so? Is there any provision for that in service rules.. Please advise..

hello..
in one case Last date of incident/cruelty and complaint by wife against her husband is in the year of 2010.
Since then the husband and wife are living separately not in communication with each other since 2010 till now i.e. 2016.
Query...
whether the wife can file domestic violence case against her husband, and is it maintainable, as there is a long gap of 6 years.

What is the role of OL?
2.How does he represent in DRT?
3.Is the OL to takeup and fight for the company under liquidation when a counter claim is made by one of director cum gaurentor?
4.What are the cases decided by supreme court outlining the functions of OL/company court visa vis DRT

A criminal as well as a departmental charge sheet was issued against me in a case which was arises out of an investigation carried out bu cbi
Now i have been exonerated in departmental case
Should i go for quashing the criminal case in high court or
Should file an application before trial court under sec 313 crpc

Dear Sir / Ma'am,
We have Manufacturing company. we done the Retention Bond with an employee for 3 years and per year paid in advance 1 Lakh Rs only against retention Bond. after 3 Yrs this amount will be merged in salary hi/her (CTC). There is 1 clause Mentioned that if employee leave the service during the 3 years entire retention amount shall be recovered.
Means If employee left in the 3rd year can we recover the entire amount i.e. 3 Lakh Rs. is it possible.
I request to all seniors please guide me.

Dear Sir / Ma'am.
We are having a company and company has provided the pickup and droop facility to employees from their destination to company we appointed the Transport Contractor. One day bus met an accident with Truck employees get-down from bus and broken the truck glass and mirror.
Then matter went to the police station. Bus contractor has settle the matter with Truck owner and police station.
after the above settlement Police has sent the simple notice to company and mentioned that surrender the all employees who was in the bus because they broken the truck glass and mirror.
as a company what would be the stand?
Request to all seniors please guide the same.

Hi,please help.
I purchased a property in july 2014 which is under loan about 16 years ago and from who i purchase the property had purcahsed the property on feb 2000 by the guy who gave the gurantee in same year and now the guy who took the loan is not paying the loan so the bank have sended the possession letter so tell me what should i do? Is there anyway to save my property from being mortagage as the owner who gave the guarantee is no more and its preplanned as even after the purchase of the property the bank enhances the principle amount without going throw any further inspection.

Sir, please let me know the legality of running the LL.M degree in Vijanagarara Sri Krishna devaraya Uniniversity, Bellary. Also is it mandatory to get the affiliation from Karnataka Law University to run the LL.M Course in the above university campus?.
