I came to know that my plot is in the map of acquired land for bareshwarasthan ganga pump nahar project in kahalgaon dist.Bhagalpur in the year 1980. As absentee landlowner i was not served any notice and had no knowledge of acquisition under 1894 act. I have come to know now that the compensation has been paid to some local person. I have given application to land acquisition officer my sale deed dt. 22.05.1965 with copy of survey record in 1976 and uptodate rent receipt with land possession cert. Issued by CO Kahalgaon. The LAO has replied in written to go to court to prove it. Can I get my land back if the compensation has been paid to stranger on forged documents under new 2013 LA act. The land has not been utilised for last 37 years. Or will i get the compensation which is mearly rs. 4700/- that was paid to stranger.

I have private complain filed u/S 190 for c. r. p. c 156 (3),
and I got case no. and post dated.
my question is:
(1)156(3)guilty person ko Zaamin Lagega.
(2)magistrate, Kya order pass karega.
(3)if magistrate order karega to investigation Karega or directly Arrest karega.
(4) order ko considered as good as F. I. R.
(5) in the private complain, can I take govt vakil by filling for.
if some other direction for me please provide us.

Request to inform difference between LOKAYUKTA COURT & DISTRICT COURT, as i would like to file civil case against my neighbor for illegal & unauthorized construction, I had already given compliant to municipal corporation, but no action was taken by them.
Where to file case kindly advice, whether in LOKAYUKTA COURT & DISTRICT COURT for economy cost & speed delivery of judgment

My parents are innocent .

Hi i got married to a guy but after 2days of marriage i got to know my husband alredy got married 2years back and has a dowry case running on him from his previous wife that means he hasn't got devorce yet and my marriage can be null n void as he is having a dowry case does it mean he is not devorced or he is?kindly suggest.....as he says my devorce has happened but my lawyer says if he is having a dowry case on him he is not a devorce and the marriage happened with you is not valid.....please suggest

Hello,
My father had taken flat on rent in 1972
On Salami.
After he expired in December 2009, my brother and mother are still staying there.
While I have settled in Gujarat with wife and 2 kids since January 2009.
Landlord has asked us to transfer name.
Brother is not married.
We were planning to get it transferred in his name since he is staying there and taking care of family matters and liquid assets also.
Someone told me that if it's in his name then after his death , landlord will take possession and that I or my child will not be able to claim right on the said flat.
Please guide on what should be the right way to go ahead ?
Is it possible to have names of both us brothers in the transfer document.
What should we do to ensure that my child benifits from the whole thing at a future date.

if cheque is dishonored, whether both bank deducted the dishonored charged in both parties account. if drawer given the application for stop the cheque and bank already charged the bank charges after cheque present in drawer a/c and cheque was dishonored whether drawer bank charged dishonored charged in drawer account. pls given the suggestion on this queries.

Hello,
Two years back my wife went to her parents home to attend her cousin's marriage along with my 1 year old daughter and didn't return back. I called her many times but she didnt receive my calls. I visited her parents house and found that she took admission in a college and doing her pg. I was shocked upon knowing this. Her parents also didnt cooperate. I told her parents to send her back to me but the said that when she doesn't want to go back we cannot ask her to go. She doesn't let me talk to my daughter. Hence i am planning to file divorce.
I want to know that after 2 years of separation can she file a fasle divorce case and a case like 498a.

1) Can a Student pursuing CA-IPCC [ICAI-Inter] registered for 1 YEAR B.Com A&F Degree in IGNOU [2016-17, since ICAI MoU with IGNOU] get admission in SVU DDE for 3 YEAR B.Com DEGREE[2016-19]
What are the consequences? Are both OR one of two Distance Degrees for the SAME PERIOD will be CANCELLED as per UGC Norms/DEC or VALID?
What to do?
2) Is SVU DDE Bachelor Degree valid for all Competitve Exams in India?
