my father applied in 1950 4 acre land on lease to govt means collector.because the owner of the land is govt.collector sent it to higher authority for sanction.higher aut hority also sanction the land on leased.but lease is not issued in my father's name.we possess 1 acre.another land is vacant and no one possess it.in the eyes of people my father is owner of that land.3 acre land is vacant and there is no development on that land.b a person demanded some part of that vacant land on lease to collector .whether collector can issue lease in favour of another person about vacant land?i also breach some conditions mentioned in the official letter available between the two officers not to me.

my wife is pregnant and she is working in a private concern but her office authority don't agree to grant her 26 weeks meternity leave as per govt rule.they told her to take 4 month meternity leave they said that company does not publish any circular regarding 26 weeks meternity leave.what should we do.

my younger brother filled a case cr case on us.The case has bn running 6yrs she is not appearing court from last 3ys .How the trails s going on? Kindly give me advice . Nb she remarried also.

Dear Sir,
Number of employees are 10 who doesn't get the salary from the last 10 months from Oct 2015 to till date. In Jan- 2016 M/s Neosys equipment closed the site office at NTPC Vindhyanagar, after that both the MD and project Manger left the site and from till now they give us only the false promises. They neither giving us salary nor relieving us so that we can join any other company. We also don't get any document related to PF but amount has been deducted from our salary in the name of PF in regular interval.
PLEASE GUIDE US.

I am owner of the second floor in a builder made building of three floor. On the net the building has been booked by mcd in 2002 with details on net as for construction of mtnl tower in the roof of third floor. Now please say me that the only third floor will be booked or the whole building will be booked.
Its urgent.

Sir,
I am from andhera Pradesh.
My wife filed a case under DV in the year of 2013 .
I got arrested and got bail.
I dont know why Police mentioned my name wrongly in the FIR
When i was arrested , me and my wife were staying together. But police mentioned some different address as my address where I never stayed.
After I got a bail I relocated to another city.
After a year My wife visted me and stayed 2 days with me also told me she withdrew the case( we are not living together after she filed the case).
but Recently I came to know that she was telling my relative that she didn't withdaw the case and court has issued NBA against me.
I didn't receive any warrant (if she is talking the truth) as police mentioned wrong address and wrong name in the FIR.
(The reason for filing the case is : She didnt want me to stay with her . So she asked me to leave the house. I refused so she filed DV.)
If she is telling the truth(that the case is not widthdrawn ) , Now what should I do? . Please advice me in detail as I don't know what should be my next reaction.

Can a University change the Name of any Degree ?
A university woud provide 5 yrs degree of Mechanical Engineering as " Degree in Mechanical Engineering " but recently it is providing as ""5 Years Degree in Mechanical Engineering "
can any University do this on its own decision ??
Plz reply any one with relavant case law / ruling / with mentioning section.

Service tax and vat on ready possession/rtm flats
Can someone please help me to know if service tax and VAT is applicable if I buy a ready possession/RTM flat.
I want to know the rule as far as Maharashtra State is considered.
If your answer is yes then please can you please tell me the govt rule number or any Mumbai High Court Ruling under which I am not liable to pay the same.
As I have already bought a ready possession flat from the builder in 2012. Then I came to know from surrounding people in March 2015 that I should have not paid the same when I bought the flat.
Now for the refund of Service Tax and VAT I am fighting my own case in Consumer Court Forum. And for that they need the ruling evidence in order to go ahead.
Would be really thankful to you in providing either the court case number or govt's ruling number.
