I m Satish Surela and I want to know that in past I have an fir against me during my college time and I went jail for 2-3 hrs and then I charged 2000 rs along with my 5 friends my question is that I m doing preparation for bank exams and if I got selected in bank then it would be create problem during police verification ..recently I m leaving in Jaipur and the incident was happened in Udaipur (Rajasthan)... Plzzz suggest I m very confuse abt it

Sir, My sister attempted suicide 3 days back & she got passed away.. Reason behind suicide is dowry & harassment by family members.. She got married in Apr'16 month ( only 4 months over).. She is 3 months pregnant also.. We are shocked after hearing this news.. We have put a case under 304B section on their family members.. Now they are under police custody..
Pls clarify me is there any chance to get a bail to come out from jail before 90 days under this section. If there, is there any process not to get bail for their family members to come out from jail.
Kindly suggest.

Sir i have a query , what is the meaning of police verification in state govt job.I got selected in uttar pardesh state against a reserved category post,my birth place is in greater noida uttar pardesh,i had all the documents like domicile,identity proff and caste certificate belongs to uttar pardesh state.The reason for posting this query is that i currently lives in delhi past 3 years although my ancestral home in U.P . belong to my father and no one lives there. As i got job in UP against reserved post, does that means my enquiry can only be done from Uttar pardesh ,can't i ask police verification in delhi my present address. if i asked for police verification in delhi is there any harm come to my job or i have to face consequence ? Please reply as soon as possible

my client not present on first date of summon issued by the court but he was present on next day for jamanat whether any fault in my client.

Hello..
As I am a fresh Law graduate and into practice since last 2 months. I am the counsel from the girl side.
Girl filed a case under Domestic violence Act before the court and is in pending condition. The reason behind this is that the Husband of this girl had filed the divorce petition before the court to make the marriage NULL & VOID. The reason husband has mentioned in his petition that the girl is mentally ill, but NO PROOFs yet.
Now the domestic violence filed by the girl is on hold as the court says that once that divorce petition must be decided then only this domestic violence case can proceed.
query..
Is there some kind of rule regarding the above mentioned condition.
What sort of relief can be granted to girl/wife

Recent RBI 5 aug 16 notification has given sarfaesi powers to nbfc , my loan against property case is in arbitration by a nbfc and agreement was signed in 2014 .Will these sarfaesi powers newly assigned to nbfc be applied retrospectively or from date of notification. Will my property loan taken in 2014 be now be recovered under sarfesi act ? .Also pl note that its already under arbitration process. Pl give your expert opinion.

Bombay High Court has ordered that I be paid the amount deposited in Court with interest accrued thereon.
I have deposited 87415/*--on 31.12.2004--at the time of arbitration appeal -but the Hon'ble Court has not stipulated any rate nor has it stipulated whether it is compounding or simple ?
can u guide me about the High Court rules as regards rate and whether it is simple or compounding ?

Divorce on mental cruelty
Recently I have filed divorce on mental cruelty ground. I have a son of 12 yrs old. Will it help if my son agrees that what I am saying against her is true infront of the judge? Will it help if my son wants to stay in my custody? How can I bring back my car registered in my name from her?
