Transfer of house in a co op society.

My father owned a flat in a housing society.He passed away in October 2014 leaving no valid will or nomination registered with the society for the said flat.There are 4 legal heirs who are alive and 2 children of the 5th legal heir who is deceased.What documents does the society require to transfer the flat to the legal heirs.Will the name of all the heirs appear on the share certificate.
The society bldg is under redevelopment and will be ready by July 2017 and the sale of the flat will take place thereafter.The legal heirs have agreed for equal share in the property.They propose to put the sharing agreement on record Does this mutual agreement need to be registered or notorising the same would be sufficient.

Family dispute regarding property.

Dear expert,
Firstly will take some time in explaining the scenario.
I am the youngest of 3 children, an elder brother and sister. My brother has been legally adopted by my uncle from my father and sister is married in 1996. My father passed away in 2003 leaving behind his property to me and my mother, so technically I am the only Son my mother has now. I was sent to.boarding school since young and my sister married.of very early leaving only my mother and father alone.at home..but from whatever experiences I had when I came home for.holidays, my father because he.was.bed ridden, was physically and mentally tortured and abused by my mother and a another man, this went on for years, and from what I understand, my.mother also married this man without my fathers knowledge, .Now that I questiined.my mother about her relation she.has moved.out of my house and stayong with my brother who had been adopted by my uncle. So what legal remedies.do I have to.make sure that my mother does not give away the.property to my brother or to the.other man.??
Please help..

Filing additional doccuments in chief examination

I have filed a complaint U/Sec 138 of N.I.Act, now it is for hearing of Chief Examination, at the time of filing complaint it forgot to mention RPAD Details in list of the document but mentioned in contends, Now magistrate asked to file petition. Hence please advice me appropriate section un Cr.P.C.
I am thinking to file U/Sec 294 of Cr.P.C

like to know do parent of bride can file suit/petition on their own without involving their daughter aginst family of groom.
if it is then under which section/allegation ?

Apartment association law in tamil nadu

Dear Sirs,
I am Sugumar from Madurai, Tamil Nadu!
I have purchased a flat on 2011 in Meridian Corner Apartment, Vasuki Nagar I Street, Old Natham Road, Madurai 625 017.
The Builder was Profile Constructions, Madurai, one Mr. Ramkumar Constructed this Apartment and handed over it on 2008 onwards.
I rented out a flat on 2009, i insist to regularize various things in that apartment.
But Mr. Ramkumar holds entire things in his hand and he doent involved the development of the apartment.
Mr. Ramkumar from Profile construction purchased a flat in our apartment and holds major activities and legal things in his name.
He got signature in the association deed on 2012, but still we didnt know whether the deed has registered or not..
HE has collected Rs.15000/- from outside owner as CORPUS funds (not inside owners) and deposit the amount in the bank account as FD.
My Question:
How can i get the Association deed ( I Sent several reminders to him, he keeps silent)
2. Corpus funds - only for outside owners what is the use for that?
3. Still he is holding General Secretary position.. Is there any election for the position.
4. LIFT and all other assests are maintained by monthly maintenance from all inmates, is it correct?

Dimension not mentioned in houselist

We have an ancestor property whose dimension is not mentioned in the houselist copy given by grama panchayath, they have mentioned only two property numbers. I was given an application to grama panchayath to survey and mention dimension, same has been passed in Panchayath members meeting in favor us... But now Panchayath development Officer is asking us to provide proofs for dimesion.. i have provided sale agreements of neighbor(left and right) properties which were made in 1932 and 1958, in which they have mentioned our property in chekku bandi(boundaries). But i don't have any proofs for dimesion as it is ancestoral property... We are in position and there are no government properties also in that place.... what shall i do now?

Settlement of the case

Bank had file a fraud case and the chargesheet has been and the main accused got the bail.the matter has been compromised with the bank and accused is ready to pay the whole amount MOU has been signed and filed on record in court but the police is saying that they want to arrest the beneficiaries in whose account the amount the money is transfered,when the matter has been compromised and the bank is ready to settle the dispute and accused is paying the whole amount what's d problem.petition has been filed in high court for quashing the matter ,will it be quashed? If the other party doesn't have any problem .what should we do pls suggest the way??
