Dear sir mere dadaji ki 8 akar Jamin hai.dadaji ka dehantvas 15 yrs pahale ho gaya hai.dadaji ke 3 bete or 3 betiya hai.dadaji ki Jamin per according to papper bade papa jo ab nahi rahe ke bete or beti, mere papa, or unkale jo nahi rahe ke bete betiyo ka hai.
Mere papa Bahno ko bhi equal Hissa dilana chahate hai per baki log nahi
to kya karna hoga. Bade papa ke bete betiyo ne batvara ke liye tehsil me aavedan diya hai.

Dear All,
Please advise me how do I register boutique in Bangalore and what type of registration is required under karnataka state rules.
Few things to be clarified,
Rented a house of 1000 sq ft purely for residential purpose and planning to open boutique in car garage which is 100 sq ft. ( Is it okay to run business, if landlord agrees? )
Initially we are planning for not doing any kind of sales, only design will be done on clients dresses, ( will it be considered as sales? ) In future we may do sales. So please advise what kind of registration required and approximate cost for the same.
How do I go for tax filing once business is set up and what is the tax exempted amount for the startup.
Once all the registration is completed will apply for bank loan.
Kindly advise.

Dear all, Our company is a private limited company incorporated in india ( Say "X") and has two subsidaries in nepal which are into HYDRO power generation. Our company has 88% share holding in both the companies. Lets say the two subisdary companies in Nepal as "A" and "B". Company B has spent 2.72 crores on behalf of Company A. Company B has 4.83 crores pending share allotment to be done to our company(i.e holding company "X"). Now we are planning to increase our stake in company A. So that we have decided to convert the Debt portion of company A which has to be given to company B into equity investment in company A.
My question in this issue is :
1)how to deal the entire transaction ;
2) what are the entries to be passed in the books;
3)what are the statutory compliances to be dealt with in dealing this transaction ?

I joined the post of senior private secretary pb-2 9300-34800 with go 4800, in a central government department in the year 2013, and on an advertisement for the post of personal assistant at Patna high court was published in the year 2015, I applied the said post through proper channel and obtained requisite Noc from my parent deptt. Subsequently I was selected for appointment and joined the post of PA at Patna high court in pb-2 9300-34800+ gp 4600, will my pay be protected and fr 15(a) will apply in my case

Hi Experts,
I have booked a studio appartment in 20Lakh in 2013 and made 95% payment in instalments. The possession date for me is July 2016. The property is located on Yamuna expressway(Greater Noida) Techzone SEZ. The land is commercial. The builder has head office in delhi.
Please advice on below points:
1. there are 10 other buyers with me who all want to file the case as a GROUP. Can we file the case as a group in NCDRC(National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission)? As total amount becomes 2crore 20Lakhs.
2. Can the NCDRC reject our case as we have filed case as a Group? And ask us to make an Association first to file the case again? Is it necessary to make an association to file case??
3. The builder promised to give assured return of 12% annual till possession. But has stopped the return since Sept 2015. The construction work is stopped and only 5% total construction is done. The possession date for me & other 7 buyers is July 2016. But for remaining 3 buyers possession date is Sept 2017. Can those 3 buyers also demand for Refund in same consumer case based on the ground of Assured Return default or on which ground?? Or they have to wait till the possession date passed(sept 2017) and later join us in same consumer case?
4. Can Some buyers who booked shops in same property be joined in same case for Refund?

Sir this I Dr Roli Joshi from gmc haldwani. Sir i have completed my Pg on 24 agst 16 in a nonclinical teachig subject. I had submitted my device bond of 17 lakh at the time of admission that I will se4ve my state as specialist in GOVERNMENT hospitals. Sir my clinical friends are getting senior residency in clinical sunject at medical college while we nonclinical are getting plane mo after mbbs job at hospitals . There is salary difference of 15000 , while we having equivalent degree like them . While clinical students knows how t se patient while we use to teach student and research work . What we will do at that hospital if there is no any rank or post for us. We areredy to serve bt give us our work. Even after working as mo our these two academic years will not be counted anywhere and there will be a problem after getting a job. Our carrier may getwaste.

Can bank share account information to my friend
Respected Experts,
I am having some dispute with one of my friend. A few days back he told me that he came to know that I got a transfer in my account on 06/08/2016 which is all CORRECT!!
Can Someone please advise me how to proceed against the Bank for leaking this information since Banks are Custodian for our valuables and informations.
I will be highly obliged.
