A lady relative have executed a registered will in favour of her four relatives the lady was having account in four different bank and a locker in the bank, on the basis of that will by the suggestion of some lawyers filed the petition for succession certificate in the competent court but now some are saying that on the basis of succession certificate no locker can be opened except the grant of letter of administration. Now what should I do? I am from Varanasi, Uttar pradesh

Hello Sir, in a case accused of cheating Honorable Court has granted bail with condition that the accused as to attend the local police station on every second and fourth Tuesday respectively until charge sheet is filled. What has to be the next procedure because accused has been forcibly pulled in this case.

Hello Sir/Madam,
My Dad is collecting income from property(Property was inherited from predecessors). I have one elder brother & no Sisters.
My Dad is not giving me any accounts to the income and do not share details too. He is not giving any money to me. I'm unable to be live in hometown to take care of properties or to do any work. The property is still not divided between me, my brother and Dad.
Do I have Equal right to the income from inherited property? Is there a way I can force my father to give me some share of income?

धाऊलवल्लि, तेलिवाडी राजापुर : येथील धोंडू भिकाजी राणे यांच्या मुत्यु नंतर रामचन्द्र भिकाजी राणे ह्या सख्या भावाचेच घर बळकावले असल्याचे समोर आले आहे.
धाऊलवल्लि ता. राजापुर येथील रामचन्द्र भिकाजी राणे यांनी आपला सख्खा भाऊ धोंडू भिकाजी राणे यांचे चाळिश वर्षापुर्वी घर नं 369 मंगलोरी बांधकाम असलेले घर बळकावले.नंतर या घराचे ग्रामपंचायतिला धोका देवून स्वताच्या नावावर करून घेतले.फेरफार न ग्रामपंचायतिने ही असेसमेंट चे नाव बदलले.धोंडू भिकाजी राणे यांचा मुत्यु 26-10-1976 रोजी संशयास्पद रितीने झाला सांताकुज़ मुंबईला विहिरीत झाला या विरुद्ध माज्या काकांनी चंद्रकांत धोंडू राणे व् माझ्या वडिल़ानी मनोहर धोंडू राणे यानि धोंडू भिकाजी राणे याच्या मुत्यु बाबत गृह विभाग यांच्या निकालासाठी पत्र पाठविले होते जा नं मु मं स HD /2857 दिनाक 4 फेब्रुवारी 1977 तसेच धोंडू भिकाजी राणे याच्या मुत्यु बाबत वाकोला पुलिस स्टेशन ने o w no 5424/1980 व् 4266 पत्र कादले की धोंडू भिकाजी राणे याच्या मालमत्तेकरीता न्यायालयात जावे.2011 ला 369 घर तोडून नविन घर बांधले ते आता दत्ताराम रामचंद्र राणे यांच्या नावावर आहे.
मी ग्रामपंचायत/ पंचायत समिति/ जिल्हापरिषद् यांच्याकडेही तक्रार केली की फेरफार न करता घर असेसमेंट बदल झाला कसा मात्र अजूनही न्याय काही मिळाला नाही

Dear Sir/Madam,
I work at Bank of Baroda,a Public Sector Bank and was doing recovery in NPA accounts. One of the defaulter's father started abusing and when asked not to do so started beating me with iron rod, stick, and even threw cycle on me. This happened around 12 days back on 01/09/2016, Still the accussed are roaming free. The SO of the Police Station is protecting them. IPC 332 and 353 have been levelled against them on 03/09/2016, yet they have not been arrested till now.
Please suggest how to tackle this situation when police itself is protecting the culprit. Also, please suggest what action can be taken against the SO.

Sir, Would permanent 125 applicable to me.
I m still confused about maintenance
pls help me I already started paying sect 24 (almost 2yrs arrears cleared) and trial is still pending.but the issue has already framed on 13 1 (1a)
Judge keep the next date for evidence.But I m confused because I want some lines to be add in my main Petition as ground of desertion to, so that this would be added in issue framing.

I had filed a case in the CAT through council. Now, I want appear as party in person, since my lawyer is busy with other court cases. He is not willing to withdraw vakkalath. In this stage, 1.What can I do to appear as party in person?. 2. How to make amendment in relief sought column in my CAT OA?.

Payment of gratuity - eligibility criteria
Dear Sir/Madam,
I was employed with a public limited company from 15/09/2011 to 31/07/2016 i.e., 4 years 10 months 15 days ( six days a week).
As per HR department, I am not eligible for payment towards Gratuity.
Could you please advise whether i am eligible for gratuity payment as per the latest provisions in the Gratuity Act 1974.
