What is the fate of a power of attorney if one of granter dies. Power of attorney was executed by four persons.

I got Rs 35000/- as court order My husband pays me Rs 20000/- or sometimes even less than that. I filed execution case against it. My husband filed criminal Revision case against it
I told my lawyer to attach his bank account of salary with my account so that he cannot avoid it.Now, my lawyer is telling that he will require 1 year to apply for attachment of salary account.My husband is a bank manager with Canara Bank. He is a government employee.I don't know how to fight against him. I have a child who is studying in school. Kindly help me.I am in trouble.

I have an account with SBI.
On 19.07.2023 i have deposited one cheque but it was dated on 21.07.2023. I forget to notice the date. But the banker may be noticed the date while making entry of cheque. How it is possible how can they scan the cheque for clearing. Also banker charged me as a penalty for cheque dishonor. Rs. 177/- was deducted from my account. Please help me to find a solution

Respected Experts,
I have filed a summary on behalf of my client wherein the defendant has taken out a Notice of Motion for condonation of delay of 5 years for filing reply to summons for judgments. Which was allowed by the court. I have challanged said order which is pending before the high court. But, later on I found that the said Notice of motion and reply to summons for Judgment are notarised by two different notaries but both the notary have a single registration number. How two persons can notarised two different documents with single registration number?
Under the circumstances what remedy can be available for Plaintiff.
Can I file a review application in respect of the order passed by city civil court?
Or
can I challenge the admissibility of the documents as one of the same seems notarised by unsuthorised notary.
Or
Can I file a chamber summons and call upon both notary for production of details of notarisation of the respective documents?
Or
if any other remedy available for plaintiff.
Please help me.

we are making residential rent agreement for period of 11 months in haryana , rent agreement is to be made on minimum stamp paper of ₹50 , I had read on reputed website that rent agreement on ₹10 stamp paper is not correct , ₹10 stamp paper is only for affidavits and declarations ?

We are teachers working in private school and after corona management did not give any increment for 2 years although they recovered the pending fees from the students. Also in the third year they gave increment in the month of November, which otherwise should be in the month of July. Please help us how to recover arrears.

Power of attorney
A, B, C, D executed a power of attorney in favor of F for their joint property. D died after the execution of power of attorney. A transfers his 1/4 share to his wife under a registered gift deed. B transfers her 1/4 share to her daughter under a registered gift deed. What is fate of said power of attorney deed.
