Step father sponsoring dubai dependent visa to my son

Hi, I have remarried and my son from ex husband is being sponsored Dubai Golden visa dependent sponsorship by my husband. Since My husband's and my son's details do not match in the passport, we are advised to go for an affidavit that calls out that my son's biological father gives his consent to my son's step father as a legal guardian to proceed with processing dependent visa.

Could someone help share the process and if there are any templates that could be used to prepare an affidavit, and incase there is any other petition to be filed. Thank you in advance

You shall consult a local Advocate & Notary who will prepare the affidavit and attest the same as required. Even if anyone shares the template, you must meet the advocate and Notary for his attestation on the affidavit.

The templates or the affidavit will not work on this.
You have to get your 2nd husband adopt the son born to you out of your first marriage in order to enable him to take your child with him as his legitimate father.
If this is not possible then your husband has to give no objection to you to take your child abroad for whatever purpose you may state.
Your second husband has no relationship with your previous husband hence the no objection i n the form of an affidavit given in favor of your second husband also will not be considered as legally valid
