agricultural land

If father had died in 1960 and then his four daughters got their names with his two sons in government 7/12 extract document of agriculture land as inheritances.

But they haven't made partition of the same land yet. If 2 daughters have died till 2005 and the rest of 2 daughters in 2009

then the Inheritance sons and daughters of those four daughters whose names are present in 7/12 extract document after their death , can have any right of ownership on the same land still. The land has not been partitioned ( undivided) yet.

my mobile number is 9408282522.

Reservation problems

dear sir/madam, I belong to dhangar (gadariya) community. i took admission in my graduation on obc certificate of gadariya. the dhangar community which is subcaste of gadariya comes in sc category under the entry no. 27 of 1950 schedule caste list.
Earlier these scheduled caste certificates were not issued as a case was pending in the honourable supreme court. rather the members of the community were given OBC certificates.i want to apply in civil services with dhangar(sc) certificate.. so i want to know whether i may face any problem in future. i have both certificate one of obc as gadariya and another one is dhangar as sc. kindly guide me in this direction as early as possible.. thank you

Applied for the same job

I had been working as an assistant teacher at an LP school since June 2012 in a remote area. The Govt released an advertise for the appointment of more than 5000 teachers of LP school in 2015. And I also applied for the same and was selected. The advertise did not mention anything about applying through proper channel. On selection, I resigned from my previous post and joined the new one in June 2016. Will there be any problem in my new job for applying in the same govt job? Can I be discharged from my new job?

Courts vs parliment

1.If the Parliment makes law that will validaty by courts or not?

2. Supppose 'X' community or sect demanding for religion minority status and government granted the status even though it has a majority religion(hindu) influence this will stand in the courts or not ?

Right over registered property

Respected Sir/ Madam,

I Registered a property about 9 years before in to my name. The agreement was made in my sister-in-law name (brother's wife) as I was out of town at the time of agreement, we were in good terms during that time. It was an unregistered agreement. Initial money (10% or so) was paid by my brother for agreement. I paid all money before & during the registration time, I have bank account proof for all my withdrawals. There was a difference between agreement value and Registered sale deed value.

Now my sister-in-law is claiming that, she has right over the property as the agreement was in her name.

Please note
1. Neither my sister-in-law nor my brother were witness to the sale deed.
2. I don't have even copy of agreement and original sale deed also is in my sister-in-law's possession.

Does my sister in law or my brother have any right over the property which was registered in my name?

Appreciate any help or any pointers in this regard.

Regards,
Rajesh
