Respected Sir/Madam, I am bit confused about these two applications
What is the difference between miscellenous application and interlocutory application.? Are both applications same?

I have my personal car( petrol driven with Delhi registration) which I like to take outside Delhi to some other state because, not permitted to run being above 15 years of its original registration. Will you please guide me whether I am eligible to get it or not? The date of original registration of vehicle was on 15 Dec 1999.

the name of "A"is entrered in p.r.card in pune in the column "itar bhar"written in marathi.he applied for allotment of land from govt.the owner of land is govt.no name is in the column leassee."A"some years ago applied for allotment for land.collector sent it to secretary of state for sanction.secretay sanction the allotment but collector did not issue any lease or allotment of land letter.now some land is vacant no one possess some land and some possess "A".a applied for lease from collector whether collector can allot me that vacant land which no one possess and vacant.whethe "A" can prevent me to obtain that land.

Sir due to some serious pressure by my enemies I gave an empty cheque to them by mentioning date 18/8/2015 after 13 months they had gone to the bank and honoured check and I got message Your cheque no. 563345 issued from A/c XXXX5519 for Rs.357000 has been returned due to ACCOUNT BLOCKED (SITUATION COVERED IN 21-25)as this
Sir cheque is valuable for max 6 months only na sir . is there any problem for me sir

in crpc 125 judgement, ld court said that "wife was in fear that her husband would take her abroad against her wishes. this certainly amounts to sufficient cause of the wife to leave her matrimonial home."
please suggest if this is a "sufficient reason" for the wife to refuse to live with her husband. what remedies available to husband?

I got marriage in April 2016 but after some days my mother in law n my husband will create some problems which is not good for me,they will teas me from morning to till night and I was sick and not well but they are regularly work done by me and they did not give me well treatment and between me n I never any kind of relationship which is become after marriage between a husband and wife.my husband was not love me physically or emotionally. Now I m leaving with my parents last 3 months. My husband and Me both are working in a pvt sector. What should do I m not able to understand.kindly help me.

We have filed quash petition in high court for my parents and sister on 498a FIR filed by my wife under article 226, hence order issued to police to not file chargesheet till further orders from high court..
how long does it take in high court for this decision?

1. Husband and wife purchase a flat (50% share each). After 2 years thw Wife and her husband purchase another Flat (50% share each). What are the implications of wealth tax to both of them.
2. If husband purchases a property and then writes a will in favour of his wife; and on his death the procedure for transfer of the property in wife's name - will it be an easy method to transfer the property.
OR
should the husband purchase the property in Joint name and on his death the property to pass on to wife's name. Whether this procedure is less cumbersome for transfer of proprty ?

Vat demand on under construciton flat purchased in 2008
My Builder still follows up for VAT on a flat that i purchased and occupied in 2008
Facts are as under
1. Agreement signed in 14.2.2008 and
given on 12.12.2008. possession was
unconditional
2. Agreement does have a vague clause that any service tax or any other tax even in future will be paid by purchaser . However there is no fixed amount agreed
3. First demand was served in 14.12.2012
which was without any backup or
comuputation and without his VAT
regn no etc.We declined and asked
VAT comuptation
4. Second Demand was in 19.5.2015 after 2.5 years . This time a notice but without backup
5. Third demand was on 2.9.2015 this time he admitted claiming VAT under Sec 58 but no computation against ec 58 1 A and importantly 1 B that allows 55 % deduction depending upon agreement date
Question
1. Can he file a summary suit after so
long
1. Since he asked first in Dec 2012 and
we declined to pay does not right to
sue first accure in Dec 2012 ? is
this not time barred by limitation act
3. Whould a summary suit hold in absence of any firm debt amount agreed or a proper invoice / proof of having paid vat
