sir , iam preparing for civil service examination . When i was studying 12 standard attempt to murder case was filed against me along with my family members as Accused 3 . later, the case was compromised and acquitted by the district court.
1. can i eligible to get the ias service if pass the exam?
2. is it necessary to quash the FIR against me in high court ( on acquitted case) is it possible ?

Ours is a CHS of 9 buildings comprising of 142 members built in 1964 and incorporated in 1974.
The society passed a resolution in 2000 for individual buildings to install lifts if they want to. Out of 9 buildings only one building is going ahead after 16 years.
1. The secretary owns an apt in this building on the 3rd floor.
2. The other member on the 2nd floor who is spearheading the lift is a defaulter to the amount of almost one lakh.
How can we stop this project?

The borrower once paid maximum Stamp duty on borrowed a c c of Rs. 50 lac, further he demanding a enhanced limit of Rs. 20 lac, Is the stamp duty payable again on Rs 20 lac?

I joined an organization on 20th July. The organization has probation period of 6 month. The Job require 100% travel on different states, which was not explain to me in the beginning.
Since August my family start facing some medical issues. Therefore it is very difficult for me to manage, Hence I resigned on 6th September.
The appointment letter says I need to serve 3months of notice Period, which is not possible for me.
I have already served one month of notice period and I am ready for buy back option, but organization is not ready.
I have discussed with HR and manager, but both are not ready to relieve me early.
Can I take legal action against them? Since I am getting mental harassment.

My cousin filed child custody case and Interim application for visiting rights for his child. But his own lawyer didn't remain present on the first hearing.
1) Suppose in the 2nd hearing also same thing happen, can my cousin request Judge to proceed in absence of his own lawyer ? ( Or Judge will discourage such request ?)
2) If respondent remain absent, how to get ex-parte order or prepone the hearing date ? Its already 4 months of application.

If eligible then can I get any supported document.

Can a Govt. Servant may be suspended without serving any charge sheet. An electricity theft is detected on my feeder and all are suspended working on it. Is it legal.

i left my home 6 months back after a lot of fights and torture from wife. My 3 years old son is with her.
she has also filed 498a against me. we have filed quash in high court. no other cases filed by her yet.
i also do not wnat to initiate any separation and divorce proceedings right now.
she has not allowed me to meet my son. can i file only for visitation rights in family court without initiating any separation or divorce proceedings.

Dear sir, madam
I want to apply for fresh passport with my husband's surname but all my previous documents including SSC certificate adhar card, pan card has my maiden's name.
Also my fathers surname is AHSAN ALI RTC
There is no full form of RTC to be provided in application. So i also want my fathers surname to be shown as only AHSAN ALI in my passport without making in change in my SSC certificates and all my qualification documents which shows as AHSAN ALI RTC
How can i solve this problem...please guide how should i proceed i need to make my passport urgent as my husband is outside india and i want to join him as early as possible
