sir, i had filed an fir to which the police after investigating filed B summary. i was summoned to come to the court and give my say, since i had not got the copy of the report so a further date was granted by the court. sir, i had filed a true complain but i dnt know why police filed b summary. now my family is saying not to do anything ahead as we want to live a peaceful life so i dont want to persue this matter anymore . i want this matter to get closed, but im scared n have a doubt whether the police may procecute me later and file an fir against me for filing a false case( which is not at all false), pls help me how to get out of all this. pls tell me can the police procecute me in further time in case of B summary ?

Dear sir,
Before one year back one incident happened one person speaks about my cast.on that day I file the case atrocity to that person.am belongs to scheduled cast.
The police put FIR section 149 ipc and 3 class 1 and 4 SC ST act.6 to 7 peoples ready
To tell witness..but the police close the case. Because of political pressure police should the 'b' report on my case...give me the suggestion how to re-open the case...

I am employee in Company and since 2009 have dispute with company so i was filed criminal case against managers and officers in 2010 which yet pending but meantime in they offered some amount in writing to settle criminal case as compensation and ready to accept my fresh resignation. while matter still pending now if i want to file civil case as delay in outcomes of criminal case, matter was also send for mediation in 2011 at high court. My salary also pending with company. but my lawyer issue notice only to officers of company for civil as well criminal actions and thereafter file criminal case in 2010.
Sir court consider my civil rights ? if i file civil case to recover my losses.. pls guide m urgently

The summary of my problem is that we have a house in name of my mother where my brother and father are living both of them pushed me out of house years back( Believe me dont consider this as a case of elderly - I was even ready to leave the right on property when my father projected that their business is in loss but now they are doing construction of their office in home( My brother is also CA) and bought new shops and cars- So they bluffed me and projected wrong information) after my mother death. They are into same business and I am a service person. Now they have initiated construction in the room which was allocated to me for their use and also stop talking to me.
Can I fight for my case if yes how should I proceed and under what law and section of rules/regulation my case would be registered.

Some one opened bank account using forge documents of mine. I came to know about only one account but it might be possible that there are more than one account and in different banks.
Please advise, to whom i should complaint and how to find out such accounts.

I have no issues that the money go by my brother daughter's name but after her minority is completed she should get money and let her use as she want.But thing is that if the money goes to her mother account and as she say that she not going to take her child with her after minority is completed if her mother is not leaving with her in that case what to do please advise me.

The workman is ordered to be reinstated into the service of the respondent w.e.f. the date of demand notice with continuity of service and 50% of back wages. This is award of Hon'able Labour court
My question is that workman eligible for back annual increment, Earned Leave, and other benefits. If yes and employer not giving these benefits, then we can do.

My brother was slapped with the false 498A back in 2014 and my entire family was dragged into the mess . It's been a long battle and somehow we have been able to exert some pressure to get those goons to a negotiation table where they are demanding for a divorce and the custody of my brother's 2 yr old son.
However my brother being immensely attached to his son is unable to accept the proposition And let go off his son.
But these people are unbelievably notorious and have been mentally harassing my brother every time he goes for the visitation of his child. One time that woman slapped him and other time framed charges that my brother tried to poison his son.
All these developments have deeply impacted my brother and he is unable to take any affirmative action or decide. He loves his son too much but the mother of the child doesn't even let him be near to his father even in a 2 hour visitation once a month . Moreover now they have failed to come on the decided date of visitation for two months in a row.
What is the right thing to be done now?
Is there a way to bring it up for contempt of court?
Also how can I help my brother from slipping into depression . Is there any counselling that he can avail?
Please reply with your valuable suggestions .
