If a widow women getting family pension from any govt department after death of his husband who was employee of govt department and his wife is living with a person without second marriage as "live in relation" my question is whether she is entitle for family pension or not becoz if she got second marriage then she is not entailed but in case of live in relation what is the law in this context ??

Hi I would need some suggestion in this situation. I like a guy who is from a different caste though from the same religion and I told my mother that I like this guy and want to marry him. This is something I told my mother 4 years ago and she instantly said no but I told her I would either get married to him or no one else. She kept saying no n I kept saying if not him no one else. After 4 years of telling her now she is blackmailing me saying she would die if I go against her. And she is giving me mental pressure and telling me she would house arrest me. I am a working women.. I cannot spoil my career and leave my experience just coz she has an issue. I spoke to her about my career as well and her response to that once u get married ur husband will earn incase ur husband doesn't earn than u can work somewhere. She is forcing me to marry against my wish. What are my rights against this and how do I convince her.. I totally confused and I'm getting to a stage of depression.. I agree that my mom is a single mom and she has raised me with lot of difficulties and gave me a awesome life but I can't scarifies my life for that and marry against my will. Any help and suggestion would be of great help.

A civil case witnesses and arguements over the judge reserve his judgement without goving judgement from since fromfeb 19 th 2016 for till now and what can i have to do for disputed property for atleast temporary enjoyment with the disputed persons. ??? We are struggled a lot without even shelter for my family now since from 4 yrs after filing the suit in seniour civil judge court. Can i go to highcourt for temporary enjoyment. Pl give me your valuable advises here hounourable lawyers ji.

Secretary of an Adhoc Committee resigned on 4 march this year. The chairman and treasurer have been signing the cheques.
Society received registration certificate on 31 may this year. But after Provisional Committee was appointed there were problems and bank account could not be opened.
Payments need to be done to housekeeping, security, electricity, etc.
The Adhoc Committee operated bank account is functional. Of which the Adhoc Committee Chairman, Secretary and Treasurer were signatories.
The Members are requesting that all the three should sign the cheques as payments need to be done and as Diwali is few days away. The payments need to be done from September and October.
1. Can the Secretary who resigned 7 months back sign on such cheques.
2. Can he sign if he is indemnified by the society. How much percentage signatures are required.

May I ask all Experts that such messages may not be bombarded at fellow companions.

Expulsion as member of housing society
I am regularly paying maintenance and other charges required for emergency maintenance of society but since Jan 2016 they are levying fine of rs 2000 per month for keeping tulsi pots in box grill. I had asked them many times to give reason of why they are going against AGM rule but they are not replying to letters. Now they are verbally threatening me of expulsion as member of society and asking to pay the fine accumulated.
Under what circumstances they can cancel my membership? I am in a complete mental distress. Please help.
