1. 13 persons [in 161 statement under CRPC] alleging that i had molested a girl in a car last year [the girl said 'no' when police approached for her statement]
2. a girl student alleged [in 164 statement under CRPC] that i had threatened to spoil her life.

I have a query regarding my employment. I was working with a corporate company in 2013 as a software engineer, actually i joined the company in 2012 and worked without any disturbance till August 2013 but in the end of August 2013 the company called me and said that i have been terminated from the employment and i can collect my termination letter after 2 months, but unable to bare that i escalated the matter to the top level management in the USA and i was called again for a meeting and my salary was increased and got a good appraisal. However after appraisal again in the month of September 2013 they called me for a meeting and said that i have been terminated from the employment and asked me to collect the termination letter after 2 months as 2 months is the notice period, but this time i did not escalated the matter and i was emotionally hurted with the behavior of the company management, i on 6/10/2013 simply kept an email to the company HR department that i will not come to the office from tomorrow and stopped going to office and asked them to give my resignation letter. Later on 10/10/2013 i got an email from the HR department that i should come to the office and give my resignation letter or the company will treat that i am abstaining from duty and later on i did not go to the company and even i didn't give my resignation till date. But meanwhile the company was acquired by other company in 2015 and even before that i was in touch with the management and also used to ask them for my relieving letter so that i can join other company, but they ignored me and after as the previous company was acquired by the new company i sent a legal notice to the new company (as the management is still the same only the name of the company changed)on 23.09.2016 demanding them a compensation of 2 crore as my career is spoiled by them, but they did not respond to the legal notice till now as i gave 1 month time to comply with the demand. Plz suggest me what can i do. Can i file a civil case or a criminal case against the management, and my conduct in the company was very good and even i was awarded as one of the extra ordinary performer of the company in the past, but just because of interior politics my whole career is lost, but as of now i am working as a free lancer doing projects independently, but not earning and i am unable to attend any other interviews as i dont have relieving letter of the previous company. Please help me can i file a civil or criminal case against them for spoiling my career.

Can a NGO employeed employee be terminated on grounds of funds deficit. I believe if there is funds deficit than just termination of few employees would not improve the situation as funds deficit does not mean some thousands rupees less, some Rs forty thousand less in a month say. Is it not injustice to select and terminate just on these grounds.
I think if there is funds deficit than it should shut down which is not the case.
Also can you enlighten me on compulsory staffing pattern of a shelter home (child) *.
I would be very thankful as it involves around 4 employees employment.

"A" a higher officer filed an Affidavit in High Court for and on behalf of himself and another subordinate officer "B" but without any consent/ authorization of "B". My query is whether 'A" has committed crime as laid down under section 191 and 192 of IPC.

I have found after 7 years, mistake in my land register deed.Mistake is related to direction of land .
Seller is not in contact.Please advise How i can make rectification in my land register deed.How much stamp duty i have to pay for correction deed.Pls suggest process.
Case of child custody is filed by my cousin. Till date he observed that Judge hardly reads the content and just asks few questions and then gives the next date.
He also came to know that Judges of India hardly spend 5 mins avg per case.
On a daily cause list list he sees almost 40 cases per day.
Now our questions are :
1) Whether they spare time to read the whole matter before giving interim or final judgement ?
2) If so, when do they get time to read the whole case matter if daily 40 cases are being handled by him ?
3) How do they remember the discussion happened at different dates ?
4) Will they directly talk to Petitioner or not ? ( Till date he talked only to the lawyer of petitioner. )
Please do not consider this query just as an academic one. My cousin is not a law student but the problem that he is facing is the cause of raising this query.

My wife has filed huge maintenance and DV cases against me at her native place and forcing me for divorce.
She is working for a Private Telecom Company at her place and informed the court that she is not working and unable to maintain herself.
She is highly qualified having BE + MBA degrees as seen from the marriage invitation card that she has submitted to the court.
Please let me know how I can prove to the court that she is working and also I see some judgments from the Hon'ble SC that a well qualified wife can not claim maintenance and other from other courts. Please correct me if I;m wrong.
If I provide the address of the working place, is that enough for the court to summon the employer or can I go for RTI with the court's permission to get IT and PF details of her.
Please provide your valuable advice.
Tenant carrying out work in premises even though decree is passed against him
Respected Sirs,
I am a Landlord of a premises in Mumbai. Recently in the Trail court matter judgement the Decree is passed in my favor.The Tenant was asked to vacate the premises in one month. However He has filed an appeal in Appalate court. The matter is pending and now without taking the matter seriously this person has started doing renovations in the premises.
I want to know wether one can do any work after decree is passed against him and as such the work which is being done is not at all urgently required to be done. He can wait but he has not paid any heed to the court. I have filed a complaint against this ongoing work with Police and BMC but there is no response from their side. Now I am filing a Injunction application . Please let me know whether this application would be allowed to me and will his work be stopped by the court till final disposal of the appeal.
