Hi my father say ravi is probably in a affair with a woman(X) apparently two days ago my mum went to the neighbourhood of that woman and asked few questions regarding the woman(x)....and That woman (x)clicked several pictures of my mum interacting with the ladies of woman's (x)neighbourhood... Yesterday, woman(x) came to my house with agreement which will stop my mum to go to woman'S(X) neighbourhood. My mum was angry to see her at our house and she started screaming and pushing her and that woman (x) obviously pushed her back and within minutes they both were fighting after seeing this my father ravi, came and hold my mum's hand from beating woman(X). But x recorded the whole incident from the start and in that video my mum was even beating my dad so... My mom wants to file a Fir against my father and that woman.... Which might cause my father to loose his job so my question is what shall I do because it's gonna affect my future and what would be a right and practical way to solve this situation
One of my clients are doing real estate business along with his brother. Due to the down trend in the industry they are not able to sell the plots and eventually they have come up with one single Insolvency Petition jointly by both of them as they have some properties owned jointly by both. But the registry has refused to number the same stating that they have to file 2 separate IPs and not on IP joinly. Is that correct ? Is there any ruling permitting both of them to file one single IP joinlty ?
One of my client is staying in USA and has given a Special POA to his family friend for filing a petition for Nullity of Marriage in Family Court. But the registry is stating that a POA cannot file a case in family matters. They are ready to number the petition if we can give any ruling in this regard. Can any one kindly help out with a ruling please ?

Hi experts
We are startup organisation of hotel professionals who manage the day to day running of hotels from the owners and run the hotel by paying a fixed specific fees to the owner of the hotel.
In order to take over such hotels we are funded by venture capitalists(VC) or any investor who believes in us.
As of now business is good and our investors are satisfied with us.
We also have strong legal paper work in terms of contracts with the owners and the investors through our lawyers defining operational and financial terms.
However dark clouds may descend anytime without our knowledge leading to a dispute between we hotel professionals and the VC's or investors.
Hence my query is that in the event there is a breach in terms of contract the classic litigation will involve around breach of trust etc.
But we personally feel that there could be other unforseen problems in addition to that which we may have over looked.
Therefore we would be very obliged if we can get some direction or advice from you esteemed legal professionals and if found useful or unique engage your services.
Hope you all take it in the right spirit and show us the right direction based on years of experience.
P.S We are not legal guys trying to get some info from you or so.
Thanks
Vijay Kumar

Do I have to get affidavit from my sisters. What is the procedure if my sisters refuse to agree to sign affidavit? Is it necessary to probate the will.
