My name on his birth certificate has wrongly entered as Manju Rahul that is my after marriage name But my name on all my certificates is Manju Mariam Mathew.. even in my passport also my name is Manju Mariam Mathew..Please tell me the solution of my problem.

Maine Saadi 2011 me ki thi .Saadi ke bad se hi meri wife ka bartav mere prati sahi nai tha. 2014 me meri wife hamre ghar se sare jewer Aur kuchh pause le ke bhag gayi. Usi samay uske father hamare pure family per case kar diye the ki dahez ke lobh me meri beti ko murder ker kahi dafna diya. Ladki bhag ke kaha gayi thi ye kisi ko pata nai tha. August 2016 me aker court me byan deti hai ki" mujhe mere saas, saasur Aur mere husband khana nai dete the aur mujhe tang karte the is liye mene ek Muslim ladka ke sath Saadi kar liye hai .husband se talak mangte hai to WO nai deta hai". Jabki nahi kabhi vo mujhse talak mangi hai aur na hi talak li hai .meri wife apne maike ke ek Muslim ladke ke sath bhagi thi Aur sadi kar li hai. aur usne apna dharm bhi convert kar li hai. Case ki vajah se hum pure pariwar me dimagi tour per pereshan hai (kya vo ladki sahi hai? Kya use aisa kerne ka huk hai?)

I have defend case as party in person, and filed jurisdiction petition u/o 14 rule 5 of cpc. This petition filed after my partial cross done and time taken by plaintiffs advocate, cross of PW1, evidence of both side already filed.
Now my petition allow for additional issue frame as - " whether court has jurisdiction to try this suit." and present matter kept for further cross continuation of defendant.
So pls urgently guide me whether i file 9A application OR approach to HC for. transfer OR allow to cross examine me.

I have one flat at Thane District of Maharashtra. I want to give the flat on the Leave & License basis. Please reply me on the following points:-
1) Is leave & License agreement mandatory to be registered in Maharashtra for the flat having monthly fee of below Rs.5000/-?.
2)If the Leave & License agreement is not registered for fee below Rs.5000/- and the agreement is notarized than what will be the effect of the same.?. Will it be a void or valid agreement ?.
Please guide me in the matter.

I am member of this club. As per my knowledge the Co.Op. Chs is not supposed to collect Service Tax from members thru Maintenances Bill..
Buylawas does not provide this recovery and therefore it is illegal to revover this tax from members every month.
In our society secretary is planning to recover this tax thru maintenance bill .
In view of the above I wanted to have your opinion on the Issue of SERVICE Tax collection. kindly let me know , whether it is legal to make such recovery from members every month.
