After the application in the police i requested the police take the mobile location but he dident done and told to put in the jail. for saving my life and job agreed for MCD. Now i want justice and i dont favour divorce. Can i find justice?

Sir, i was to construct a building in manor village dis. Palghar. My plot is small i.e. 3.5 guntha and approch road is 4.5 m .can i get collector permission for my agriculture land. ? Or i build it with grampanchayat permission ? Is there any problem in future while saleing ?

I was working as Po in oriental bank of commerce.Recently I resigned from the bank to join a job in central govt department.
Bank accept my resignation but didn't issue a noc .the written test for central govt job had taken before my joining the bank and interview was held when I had just join the bank and it was training,so it was not possible to get Noc for interview in just a short time, but I intimate the authority through a letter and they verbally grant me the permission.now I have to join that central govt job but bank did not issue....I am just stuck ,I am very sad becoz I don't do any mistake...my future is now at stake..pls give some advice what cn I do

I have booked one property in ready project.
Now I want to register property in my name.
1) Whats the procedure of POA to be given to my dad?
2) Is registration required for POA also or simple notary will do?
