Dear Sir ,
I am Ashutosh from Varanasi.
Girl name Sofi Patel lived in Ahmedabad Ghatlodia fill false case on me under section 354D and 384 in April 2015.
Stating that Ashutosh Blacking mailing me for money but it was completely false.
Police arrested me and then court release me after two month.
and still my case is not open my Advocate take date form court only.
Sofi Patel yet not present in court even not her father (Ex BJP Politician )
please inform me how long I wait for finishing this case.
As relation Me and Sofi Patel are boy friend and girl friend we meet at mobile chat zone service.
But in police charge-sheet and FIR she denied about our relationship she or her father update that she is only friend.

my name is rajesh vishwakarma.i got married in nov 30th 2016.before marrige the other party says our daughter is well educated and graduate but after the marriage i came to know she is not graduate and she did only plus two,pursuing graduate and she is not even know how to operate smartphone and computers.
what kind of remedies i have available sir can i file annulment .kindly suggest i am a CA final year student sir.

I live in co op housing society in Ahmedabad,Gujarat for last 15 years.
There are more than 500 memers in soc.
I want to know about the expenses like repairing of common Letter boxes whether it payable by member or society.
In my block 12 members and all have own letterbox commonly at enterence of block.
but due to long time most of leter boxes are totaly damaged and not in condition to use it.so we all 12 members have decided to make all letter boxes newly at the same.
Now our question is who should pay the expenses regarding the same whether by members or society.
Is there any rules in co op hou soc.bye laws for the same which can help to clear our qwery.
Guidance on above will highly appriciated.

We are hindu by religion.IAm elder brother registered a settlement deed with my younger brother on my own land , condition is that after re payment of my loan you may get right of said immovable 1st floor,inthe mean time I gave hin to construct your house,after few years he started different humiliation with me as well as my wife.I am resident of Hari nabi of shuru 24 pabana and registered the deed at ADSR Sonarpur,in the mean time he signed me some papers with help of my father with the pretext that it only a concent letter,and intimidate me "if you do n't sign Father will tell your Director that you are not looking after your parent".your little son may suffer etc. With a fear i put my signature. Now I'm afraid is not it a POA by which hr may alter the terms and conditions of said registered settlement deed?My question is can he do this from Registreer of Assurance,Kolkata as I got a encumbrances certificate from ADSR Sonarpur.it is free upto 2014. Plz advice me

One Person is awarded with following punishment in which 2nd para seems to be conflicting with the 1st para. Experts Please clarify me. Decision is as under:
''Reduction of Basic Pay by THREE stages in time scale for period up to 31.12.2016 with further direction that he will not earn any increment of pay during the period of such reduction.
Further, the petitioner shall not be entitled to any benefits i.e. salary,increments,allowances, service seniority etc.''
Please advise me what does this punishment means ? What the petitioner will get?

Greetings! Well, I want to reissue my wife's passport who is actually from Srinagar but currently residing In jammu due to her studies. Actually, I want to address here that her case is a bit complicated. I am actually an Indian from hyderabad but residing in KSA from couple of years. We got married six months back in hyderabad without her parental consent as there are lots of issues between our families because of which they are not accepting our marriage. Any how, I want to bring her to KSA now but the problem here is that initially before our marriage, she had already applied for a passport from Srinagar passport seva kendra, but unluckily has lost it somewhere and can't find it. So It would be highly acknowledged if you let me know what Is the efficient way to reissue her passport so that she could come to me asap. Thank you!

Dear professional colleagues,
1. My grandfather purchased a house in Mumbai for ₹38,000 in 1976
2. On the agreement, first name is my grandfather's and second is my grandfather's brother's wife (bhabhi)
My grandmother's name is nowhere mentioned. Possession is with the other party since day one.
No ratios of ownership is mentioned on the agreement.
Full payment was done by my grandfather via cheques whose bank confirmations and cheque Xerox we have
3. In 1978, grandfather solemnly affirms that he inserted her bhabhi's name only out of love and affection and that the whole property should be given to his legal heirs only. His bhabhi does not sign or agrees with my grandfather's affidavit. Grandfather passed away in 1992 and till date possession of the property is with the other party.
4. Original deed is with us.
5. Today, I'm planning to go to the High Court directly as I feel it's a very simple case and shouldn't have been dragged this long at the society court.
6. No out of court settlement has worked.
Questions-
1. Can I approach Bombay High Court directly bypassing co-operative court and appeal?
2. Will my grandfather's affidavit hold good and can we today claim full 100% of the property? If not,
3. Should we not try for 100% and try only 50% as we had made a mistake in 1976 and an enforceable contract has bind us.

How to claim property rights of our ancesdtors ?.
My great grand father had two wives. Our family tree is as below:
First wife had a son by name Mr. ABC. Mr. ABC had 4 daughters and 5 sons (now all the 4 daughters and 5 sons are dead) . All the daughters and sons are having their children (both gents and ladies). This is our third generation (that is great grand sons of Mr. ABC)
Second wife had 2 sons. Both of them are dead now with no children.
The property (land and house) were in the names of sons from the second wife. The relationship between Mr. ABC and both the sons (from second wife) was that of brothers in nature.
Now we (the third generation that is great grand sons of late Mr. ABC) want to claim the property right. How can it be claimed?. Looking for guidance. We belong to Mangalore (D.K.) Karnataka State.
