Hello sir, Our neighbor child had been missing since 80.02.2017. My bro was helping the victim family to find our missing child. They lodge an fir at local police station. On dated 18 feb 2017 , missing child dead body was found. Police arrested one accused person and he confessed the crime but at the same time te said my bro promise him to give one lakh rupees , so he kidnap and killed that child. My bro is saying ,he never had conversation with the accused, both in physically or over phone. Police forwarded my bro to jail. In there investigation they get CDR and investigate and found no connection between them. Please help me ,How to get out my bro from jail.

In cases of some employees of PSUs , gratuity is held up at the time of retirement due to some pending cases with outside agencies like CBI etc.,But it seems SC has held that an employee against whom some criminal or departmental inquiry is pending is entitled to receive gratuity up to the year of committing the offence immediately at the time of retirement and the balance after the proceedings are over and the employee is acquitted - Is it true?

i passed LL.B from jammu university in 2015 thereafter i enrolled with Bar council in jammu kashmir.i open my own chamber and start work of income tax return filling.
few days back my friend told me as per Bar council of india verification of Place and practice Riles 2015 you could not come under definition of Advocate
As per BCI Place of practice rules 2015 advocate need to sign atleast 5 vakaltnams and appear in atleast five casses.
he further said me that those advocates who not signed any vakaltnama should be declared as Non practicing Advocate and there licence will be cancelled. kindly suggest me person who are filing income tax return can't comes under income tax return are not advocates ?
as per advocate Act itself person who name entered in roll of advocates can do practice in any branch of law.

If the due date to make full pAYment on registry papers is expired then in that casr will it be legal for that person to claim ownership

Dear sir/Madam,
Please guide me for Hak Tyag in property as I want to sell two property in name of father.
Father and mother are expired/dead. There are one brother and two sisters of mine,all want to sacrifice their share in these two properties without any consideration.
As I can sell both prop.at my own will legally,without their sign and presence,what is the legal way out.
Someone suggested Hak Tyag.
Can brother do Hak Tyag.Can one Hak Tyag for two prop.at same paper/time.
Pls let me know.

My Queries is relating to the Power of Gram Panchayat (Maharastra) to collect Property tax and Gram Panchayat Tax, are listed below:
1. Whether Gram Panchayat has the power to enforce and collect the Property tax?If yes, under which section ?
2. Whether Gram Panchayat has the power to seize the property for the non payment of property tax? If Yes , under which section and the procedure thereof?
3. The remedies available with the owner in case, Gram Panchayat seize the property?
4. Can Gram Panchayat seize the plot, which is not under his jurisdiction but owned by the said defaulter owner?
