I had rented a property. Some points of registered rent agreement were;
Business of wholesale medicine shall be done on the rented property. The property is taken on rent for a period of five years out of which lock up period is of 1 year . 6 months advance is paid immediately with 2 months security in cash. Registered date is 16/05/2017.
Although after Registration I didn't took over the possession of property not even it's key as there was some repair work was left on the part of landlord. Anyways it didn't effected me as I had to apply for a drug liscence from Drugs Control Department in karkardooma, Delhi & it takes around a month to procure a liscence. So, a registered agreement was needed first to apply. After nearly about a month department asked me to submit a copy of property papers. My landlord refused to give me a cancelled copy of property papers. And exactly after a month my application for drug liscence was rejected and a got a rejection letter from department stating 2 lines :
"The firm has requested for grant of licences on form 20B,21B in a premises which are located in a Slum and JJ Colony The said colony was earlier known as Raghubir Nagar & now known as Tagore Garden Extn. As per the department policy dated 02/07/2012 the department is not granting licences in Slum and JJ colonies in the premises where the conditions mentioned in the allotment documents are violated Therefore firm was asked to submit owner ship proof & allottement letter indicating the area of the premises to verify the same . Despite reminder, firm has failed to remove shortcomings . As such the firm does not satisfies rule 64 /65A of Drugs and Cosmetics Rules 1945 for grant of licence on form 20B &21B and their application is rejected."
I googled list of JJ colonies in Delhi and no where I found Tagore garden extension in it. I found that initially in 1662 it was called JJ colony and in 1965 it's name was changed. Properties in Tagore garden extension have allotment letter and perpetual lease apart from property papers. The subject of allotment letter stated : "Allotment of a plot under Jhuggi Jhompri Scheme"
Now, after this I asked my landlord to return me back my 6 months advance and 2 months security. He simply refused. I pleaded that I have not even taken the keys of the floor from you. He replied me that the registered rent agreement states there's a lock-in period of 1 year so remaining 6 months' rent also needed to be paid.
Now what's the way out I want my hard earned money back.

hi we have filed writ petition in which court has given enough time to respondents to file affidavit but they are not filing today again court gives two weeks time by saying that hamdast allowed what is meaning of it

Hello sir my name is Gaurav sir I have applied a sc caste certificate from ghaziabad up.caste is Gond.i have applied with relevant document such as my father caste certificate which is main proof I have applied 3 times from Ghaziabad district court but every time it get rejected and they mention or show the same reason which is "non transferable" on online website.sir my father caste certificate had issued in 1984 from Delhi well my father birth place is jaunpur in up.he was issued the caste certificate from centre means Delhi.sir please give a solution can I applied from Delhi this time. although I have only my birth certificate document and also my father have all document proof of Delhi or Ghaziabad both.i was born in July 1991 in Delhi.sir this time I really want my caste certificate from Delhi government.sir is it possible to apply it from Delhi or not .well I have been living in Ghaziabad since 2000.sir please provide me legal solutions for sc caste certificate.

Hi there, I want to know law and rules of Muslim community.My father has 3 children two son and 1 daughter,where as both two sons are still studying and daughter myself is doing job in pune, mother is house wife,now my father has married another woman without my mother's permission.so now I want to ask what does Muslim law says in this situation. My father doesn't ownes property whatever property we have it is our grandfather's and now he says that I will not give that property to us(children) so can any one suggest what is procedure to get that property on name of children's.All children are unmarried and from last 13 month he doesn't even give a single penny for daily basis need for children and wife.Please advice us according to Muslim law

I bought flat in redeveloped building in 2013, which got OC, and i got possession in May 2014. Old society as it is will continue and their MC members. Society MC term was expired in Jan 2016 still continuing without election or new committee. old building had 13 members and new flat purchasers to be added as members are 12. out of the 13 old members couple of members approached registrar office with complaint of redevelopment and financial irregularities. final hearing was happened and order to be passed as the Society Management committee which was taken control of the society in feb 2011 was not signed the m20 bond. committee disqualification order will be passed very soon. now my question is what will happen to redevelopment which was signed in June 2012? what will effect to us as new flat purchasers. will that mean our property purchase becomes null and void being redevelopement agreement is becoming illegal due to disqualification of management committee of the society?. what action can we take against builder and society committee as few old members will support us for filing the case? kindly suggest

My case is in Delhi highcourt for quashing of 498A. Divorce has already been granted on mutual consent basis. My ex wife didn't turn up for hearing on 2 dates. I am also supposed to pay her last installment of settlement money. It seems she is not interested to come to the court now. What happens in this kind of scenario? can court quash the case without her presence? Will the last installment of money remain with me if she doesn't take?

We are a Pvt Ltd. Company & a small enterprise having registered office & Manufacturing unit in MP & Also got a manufacturing unit in Gujarat. We have filed a memorandum under Section 8 (1) with the authority in MP in 1997. But didnot filed memorandum in Gujarat in respect of our mfgs unit in Gujarat.
We have started Production at Gujarat in 2012. But we have filed memorandum under Section 8(1) with authorities in Gujarat in 2015 stating that the date of commencement of production is 2012.We got EM PART-II in 2015.
In this connection, we may refer to Section 8 (1) (a), whereby it is discritionary for a small enterprise to file memorandum We have supplied material to a gujarat based company from our Gujarat based manufacturing unit in 2013-2014 & that company has not paid us.
1. Whether the facilitation Council in Gujarat is Competent to adjudicate our reference for recovery of principal amount alongwith Interest ?
2. If the council in Gujarat is not competent bcoz memorandum was filed late, will the facilitation council in MP would be competent to adjudicate in the matter ? In view of the fact that our registered office is located in MP

Non-payment of my retainer ship fees & conveyance allowance
I am a Lawyer ,but not able to understand what to do ,my employer had not paid me my Retainer Ship Fees Last 5 month & Conveyance allowance last 10 month ,though I had put my paper and requested them to clear all my due amount ,but my employer is not ready to pay single penny ,they are coming up some or the other excuse like investor is not paying them money ,investor auditor is not happy with working of panel lawyer and not releasing money ,your work was not up to mark etc ,only assurance maid from last 6 month we will pay you we are not running and giving sarcastic comments like thing about King Fisher CO who had not paid their employee a penny and left out of India or Think Delhi Govt M.C.D employee are not paid on time etc if we do this then what can you do .
This is not with me alone many other employee who have left or still working are facing the same problem ,any person approach the employer hot talk take place but no outcome is their ,they have become stuff born nor they are afraid of any thing .
I am mentally been harassed by them as I am not able to take my left over balance from them , their comment are no ending they are stating if you know that employer had not paid you one month Retainer Ship Fees and Conveyance allowance why you have not left ? twice I had given my resignation but some or the other way they try to convince me stating that we would pay you soon ,having trust and long lasting working Professional relation I continued ,but on 15 April 2017 I made up my mind and resigned but then also they convince me and told me your money would be paid as I told them I have to move out to my home town I am need of money ,they promised me you will be paid ,after spending 1 month and coming back to Delhi employer is not ready to meat us or provide solution to my query , I am total confused and have become mentally ill for their harassment ,please suggest me way out of it
