Hi... My name is Helan my parents passed away my sister and her husband consistently giving fake complaints on me and making me to go every month to one police station and given written submission.. Their attitude is to take complete property which my mother has written will to me and my bro... Consistently harreseing me.. I am been mentally tortured I dont know how to handle this

respected Seniors pls ans me i hav filed divorce and wife has filed hma24, and got interm maintenance of 8000 frm date of application, I appealed in Calcutta high Court but got no change in order,
Now if i go for revision in high Court tht d maintenance shld b frm date of order only, is there is any chance tht i ll get success?

Sir,
One of my relative joined Central Govt on the basis of UPSE Competitive Examination (IES). After around 13 years of service, he was transferred to a unsuitable place which he couldnot join. Govt retired him compulsorily after 15 years of his service in the year 1993. So far he didnt apply for these benefits.
Kindly help in telling us whether he is eligible for pension, GPF, CGHS facility from the Govt/employer.If yes, what steps he should take.

my brother was murdered in 2010 and we get the life time imprisonment for the convicts
Now the convicts have applied in high court and we didnt get information regarding this now what are our rights being the family of victim should we hire a lawyer or should continue with the APP . What can be the relaxation the convict can get through high court
please help me

I am a working woman in noida.I am married for about 4 yrs in Sirsa,Haryana.it was a love cum arrange marriage.I was being forced to give money prior to and after my marriage.i resisted this for a number of times but then because of fights and emotional blackmailing and abusing I continued giving money.in this Jan 2017 When I was 8 months pregnant I stopped giving him money than he called up my family n said ki aake le jao isse,m iski responsibility nahi utha sakta,my family said ki tum chod jao hum lene nahi aaenge to he pushed me out of his home.Then thing settled a bit I continued living with my husband again till my delivery but he n his mother made it hell for me,there was no grocery,no milk for me.after seeing all this I decided to come to my parents place after 10 days of my delivery after consulting my dr as mine was c-section delivery.I thought everything will be fine after sometime but then my husband shifted the flat and he is not giving me the address and keys of my house .He and his family is constantly pressurising me to give my salary to them only then they will allow me in.Ab mujhe darr lag rha h ki kahin ye log mujhse mera baccha bhi Na cheen le to is case mein mujhe kya krna chahiye.As my maternity leaves are about to end what should I do now.I want all my money back and security of my child as well,so that in future he cannot take my child away from me.i have details of transactions which I have transferred to my husband's account.

Ours Condominium in Pune is having 12 apatments. Would like to know about non occupancy charges applicable as per by-laws for our Apartment registered by builder under MOFA Act 1963 & Maharashtra Apartment Owners Association Act. Will it be at the same rate of 10% of Service charges as per Govt. Of Maharashtra's circular for Co-operative Hsg Society.

I started a layer farm business with my cousin as partner and shared the investment 50-50 and took a loan together of Rs 90 lacs. we had a account in same bank from which loan was taken and every time of withdrawal he needs my signature. For some time everything was good but after few months he sidelined me and opened a account in a different bank and keep operating individually and took all profits. He did not share profit with me and i did not get single penny from this business. initially i ignored things as he was my younger cousin in relation but things got worse when he did not pay even the instalment of loan and i paid 32 lacs of loan to regularise the loan account. I have left going at business place but still on paper we are partners and i am feeling cheated and used. what legal action i can take in this matter. please suggest.

Declaring bankruptcy
Sir, my business suffered a big loss three years back leaving me in heavy debts. I cleared most of them selling all my assets and little savings that I had. Then I was left with nothing. I tried various businesses but all failed due to lack of funds. I am 45 . I tried to get a job but did not have a service record so did not get a suitable job. Situation went from bad to worse. I am not able to take care of my family. My father at 73 is taking care if us with whatever little means he has. I don't give up that easily but few remaining creditors have made my life hell. I neither have any means nor any hope of repaying them in the near future. Few months back, a close friend of mine suggested me to legally file for bankruptcy, but I never could even think of it. But now, situation is beyond my control. My family is merely surviving. Is applying for bankruptcy possible. If yes, how can it help ?
