I have heard from someone that passport can be used as surety.
Is it true ? submitting passport copy only will valid as a surety without any fd/rc or any other thing

Dear Sir,
My name is Kesar D/O Mohd Ismail, I want to add my surname like i want to add JAHAN with KESAR , in my all educational documents, ID Cards, and address proof etc.
It is possible in 10th, 12th and Graduation documents would be convert with my surname?
What is the processor i have to followed?
CBSE will be convert with surname and how?
Please give me suggestion

I hv promoted trough review dpc of 2010 and pay fixed according to fr27 from 2010 with my immediate junior on the direction of honble delhi high court.my junior was physically taking charge of asstt comdt on 2010 but i took charge of asstt comdt in 2014.my junior got senior time scale in 2014 again he is getting more pay than me,i represented my case to dept they are saying you are not completing four regular service but my junior is again getting more pay,iam not anywhere in fault.kindly advice me iam eligible or not.is there any rule so i will convey my dept.junior of same batch can not get more pay than senior.they fixed my pay from 2010 instead of 2014 which i took charge as asstt comdt with my immediate junior.

I work with a agency. I got 20%hike in nov and was cited as a good resource by my boss Mr A in the appraisal meeting (it was a normal chitchat I realised when he cited me a good resource, parametrised form which took me hours to fill in was not even opened). I came to hear bad mouthing about my work image by my reporting boss Mr B (B reports to A)
I wanted to discuss the same with Mr A so that he can resolve the matter but Mr A was not giving me time as he always showed that he is busy.
In Feb Mr A called me, senior HR was sitting there I thought they wanted to solve my queries. HR said Hi you have to resign from your work and you can stop coming from tomorrow. When I asked for the reason they said client do not want you to work on the account( I have never met that client also there was no direct interaction) in appraisal I told Mr A that MR B do not let me meet client also he stops me going in client meetings. It's been a year that I have went for a meeting also there is no formal interaction. HR told me do not discuss the issue with anyone and resign quietly as your image can be spolied. I shared this with CEO and he assured me that necessary actions will be taken.
I still went for work for 2 months and no work was assigned to me. I kept writing to them this situation can lead me to depression but nobody came forward to help me and finally they offered to work in another unit which I denied and asked for the reply of my email.
They started forcing me to join or they will take actions against me. I stopped going to work and challenged them to share the reply on the queries I raised.
I also maile dto global team and the final result was client do not wanted me to work on the account. When I asked for proof they said they cannot provide client emails.
In May I had to visit psychiatrist and he declared that because of office trouble I have major depressive disorder.
Now they have closed the investigation and are forcing me join the other unit or they will assume that I have resigned.
This will be the fourth year when my promotion is due and they say that you have to work for another year with the new team for apprisal. I feel cheated as I have spent 7 years with the organisation.
Please suggest.

Respected sir, we have entered into an sale agreement unregistered of plot bearing.40 sq yards ..laste date is decided in september for the final payment ..first purchser want us to create the wall before sale deed in plot now purchaser demanding more and more things and i guess he is not interested to buy land..let me know how can we cancel the agreement with mutual consent and wat documents to b need..our dealer said buyer will write On orignal sale agreement that i have taken my byana amount back ... Is this right step to cancel the agreement like this? And can i deduct some money from the amount final which i am giving bck byana amount to purchaser..our final date is swptember for final payment but now buyer also agree to take his money back

I bought flat in redeveloped building in 2013, which got OC, and i got possession in May 2014. Old society as it is will continue and their MC members. Society MC term was expired in Jan 2016 still continuing without election or new committee. old building had 13 members and new flat purchasers to be added as members are 12. out of the 13 old members couple of members approached registrar office with complaint of redevelopment and financial irregularities. final hearing was happened and order to be passed as the Society Management committee which was taken control of the society in feb 2011 was not signed the m20 bond. committee disqualification order will be passed very soon. now my question is what will happen to redevelopment which was signed in June 2012? what will effect to us as new flat purchasers. will that mean our property purchase becomes null and void being redevelopement agreement is becoming illegal due to disqualification of management committee of the society?. what action can we take against builder and society committee as few old members will support us for filing the case? kindly suggest

dear expertise,
My clients vehicle (Motorcycle) was seized by police U/S 207 MV Act. i released the said vehicle from the court of Judicial Magistrate 1 St Class and sent my client to police station to take back the seized vehicle but in the police station he found thta his vehicle was damaged head light, side indicators, speedometer, oil level meter and petrol tank was also empty. is asked him to not take vehicle from police custody. it seem that the said vehicle was illegally driven by police persons and have got damaged in some accident. please guide me what action should be taken against the poilce under which provision..

Hello,here I have some doubt's
According to hindhu succession act 2005 ,every children gets wether boy or girl will get equal share in fathers self acquired property after fathers death
My doubt is
My father in law has 1 son ,two daughters,one daughter got married in 2008 I,e my wife.
Here my question is how many ways does a father can transfer his self acquired property towards his only son ,I heard about WILL, other than will is father has any choice to transfer his self acquired property towards son?
