E- auction. Property purches

Last month i purches a property from bank by e- auction ..... I deposite full payement. But bank not give sale letter ...... Beacuse defaulter party want settlement ... By drt he registered case against bank & me.... So plz give me good advised what i do...

Banks should get the possession vacated legally before any auction. You could file a suit against the concerned bank if the possession was not handed over to you.The previous owner can not disturb you and any claim it should be only with him and the bank.Presently you would be the absolute owner.Discuss in detail with a local good senior advocate.

File a suit against the bank for possession of the property. Get a help of good lawyer to file your say at DRT. You can also appear in person before the DRT.

If no stay granted, Bank should have given the possession.

Oppose the case of borrower in DRT.
