I am a gynaecologist working at Fatehabad civil hospital in Haryana health department .I am working on contract basis .The contract is between doctor and civil surgeon for 11 months every year .
I am forced to work for 24\7 .no holidays ,since I am a gynaecologist I have to go in nights for performing surgeries for baby birth Caesarian operations .
So my question is what are my duties and where can I get documentary proof of duties .

Dear expert's, my father passed away 2 months back and he left his 2 earned property in Bhubaneswar & in Delhi. Mother is no more and I have only one younger brother who shows reluctant to share the property. Now what steps should I take to make the property in my name. Please clear my few questions also.
1. At present can I enter the house if my younger brother resist.
2. The original papers of houses are in his hand, so how can I contest.
3. Without papers can I apply for stay or claim legal heir.
4. As a son I have only the proof of adhar card, pen card, Nativity certificate from village (got from tehsil office), old voter card,.
IF IN DEPARTMENTAL INQUIRY, P.O. HAS NOT PROVED ANY CHARGES THEN INQUIRY OFFICER CAN APPLY HIS OWN MIND AND GIVE DECISION FOR ANY OF THE CHARGES TO PROVE? IF I.O.GIVES SUCH DECISION THEN IS IT VIOLATION OF LAW OF NATURAL JUSTICE? ANY COURT'S JUDGEMENT ABOUT THIS/?
A and B were bothers.
An affidavit expressing no objection was filed by A in respect of mutation of their father's property in name of his brother B. On the basis of Affidavit, property was mutated in the name of B.
After 20 years of death of A, his LRs are claiming that Affidavit was forged.
What shall B do ?
First land owner received land as apart of vargh6b.
Later another owner purchased land with collector permission and dues were paid.
Can we purchase such land?

I have purchased a property and got it it registered .But the cheque number mentioned in the sale deed is bounced due to typographical errors . Vendor pressurized me to pay through another cheque and i did . But i am worried now , may there be any problems in the registration in future ?
what corrective action to be taken to ensure to stay away from all problems in the future.
My mother is working on Tamilnadu government aided school in 7 year . Her get the salary 3000.Rs per month for 7 years . Now they are toucher to work they gave a experience letter also wrongly typed her name .they doesn't interest to give a experience letter.if I file a case without salary increment without posting she worked 7 yrs in government school how to file a complaint.
Stamp duty refund
If the buyer has paid the stamp duty and the seller does not want to sell property because of sudden financial crisis of seller, can buyer refund stamp duty? Or seller is liable to get fined by law?
