CLEAR QUERY...IAM A Muslim Woman, Regd.Dowry 498A .Husb abscondng to saudi.A week later discussion at police station with accused party lawyer with us for mutual settlement .Agreed & got stamp paper agreement from husband's brother in law (4 laks & articles to be exchanged after 15 days).When Police asked me to write a letter that we will settle this issue mutually at QAZI & withdrawing the case, i said i will write after the execution of agreement after 15 days.They then convinced us there will be no issues for settling agreement,then i wrote letter.After 15 days at qazi,the accused party said they were not ready to give talaq but ready to dissolve marriage if i opt for KHULA.Then we agreed since we want to close the matter without wasting time.If khula has to be taken i need to pay mahar (given at marriage time-40000),I agreed for that also.What happened they were not ready to pay 4,00,000 even after that.Later when i approach police ,they said case is closed.Came to know that officials got bribed.Later I took help of senior influential police friends ,Police called accused & made us pay cheques .& articles exchanged (ie. 50 days late of agreement's date).They were creating nuisance at PS to pay 40,000 & .As per Police wrote stamp paper agreement that I received cheques & are under encashment & 40,000 are due will be paid after receiving 4 Lakhs.I also informed police that they will trouble us without sending KHULA papers (they wantedly delay for months & years),who's responsible for that?.so i said i will return 40,000 once they send me papers.NOW Its been more than 2 months i did not receive papers.When approached police said case has been closed.When senior officers (friends) asked incharge officer whether they served notice to petitioner (me),they said no & now its troubling them.When again i approached the concerned house officer they tried calling accused party but no one was responding to calls ...later police said case has been closed ,rudely said its not their responsibility now( ..without suggesting what to do now.!!)..
I know that without notice case cannot be closed.In this matter my query is
1.How the notice is served (to my address or I should go to station?
2.Can i approach Commissioner of police for justice?
How to solve this issue now?

sir high court of odisha had given judgement of rs- 25 lakhs on 28 july 2016 and ordered me to pay as permanent alimony to my divorced wife within 2 months of the judgement. but i had filed Review petition on the same high court on 29 august 2016 against the order but until now my case is in pending stage, and my lawyer had not taken stay order on the judgement. now my wife had filed E.P on the family court to me to deposit rs- 25 lakhs and the judge had send me notice, my lawyer had appeared and judge said lawyer that i have to deposit money. what to do sir please help me. can i get stay order from high court so that family court will not entertain on the matter.give me idea.i had changed lawyer now.can family court will issue warrant and arrest me. family judge said review petition filing is not the matter to escape. can i get stay order and can i file case in the high court in newly or i have to put up the review petition to come for judgement. please help me bcuz am unable to pay rs-25 lakhs and i want to move to supreme court. give me the way pleae.

i brought a property in jan 2017 after few mnth i got a notice that the property seller had took token money 5lakh from another person in 2011 jan and the agreement is not cancled and his money is not refunded to him .as agreement made on 2 rs stamp paper and time of essance clouse is not included he want to purchase same property in same amount50 lakh but now the property price is almost double.the sale deed agreements they made is not registered.what should i do now.

How do you deal with a Governemnt Employer who delays reimbursement of all sytatutory dues already paid and proof submitted by contractor for rimbursement for next months statutory dues. This is how they harrass contractors financially and breeds corruption in the system.
there is no quick fix remedy in the system to keep such people away.

Hi!
I have taken an education loan of around 2L which presently is around 2.7L . My course ended on June 2016. I did not inform bank about my job and my moratorium of six months ended in January 2017. I informed them in May 2017, I think they already came to know via CIBIL data. The manager who was present then asked me to pay around 70k to bring my account out of NPA and make it "standard" , so that they are able to fix EMIs. I said that I wont be able to pay that amount as I dont earn that much. He said me to write an application in which to mention that I needed long time to pay back and that my full amount be considered for EMI.
He told me that he will inform me about my EMIs by end of the June.
No information came.I went to bank and realised that the manager had changed.
I told my case to the new manager. She took my number although it was already in their records and said to soon inform me about my EMIs.
But after 10 days, a notice came to my house to be present the next day for hearing in Lok Adalat. The notice was served hardly 20hours before hearing without even informing me. I was shocked.
They new manager is now pressing me to pay up 74k to take my account out of NPA.She says that after I pay that amount she will be able to tell me the EMI amount.
Kindly guide me whether it is really required to pay 74k at one time or is she trying to fool me?It is very very hard for me to pay that amount at one time.
Also is it correct to serve a notice of Lok Adalat hardly 20hours before?
I had some work the next day which I had to cancel in order to be present in Lok Adalat. Aren't they trying to intentionally show me as a defaulter?
Where should I complain regarding this?

Hi,
I had taken an education loan of around 1.63L which presently stands at 2.09L. I had received the benefit of Central Scheme for Interest Subsidy. I have received around 10K till now as interest subsidy.Still I have not received around 30K which has been claimed by bank.When I approach my bank they say that it takes time for governments to roll out money for such subsidies.They want to start EMI for the full amount i.e 2.09L while I want that only the principal be should be considered for EMI and bank should recover the rest from Government. If Government is not paying should not the bank show cause Government for defaulting rather than just waiting and asking me to pay it up?
My bank just seems least bothered about the money which I can get while it is fully bothered about its money which it lent..My manager just says wait..wait..wait...I have written many a times to bank requesting them to do the needful but nothing happens.What can I do so that I get my subsidies as soon as possible? Which authorities to write or approach ? Kindly guide me on this

Hi, i have got a slip from MCD employee, visiting for mosquitos in coolers, to be present and answer in thees hazari court on 23 aug 2017.
Now I have 2 questions , can we go before the mention date, and 2nd can my wife go in place of me.
please help.

Wife filed for divorce on medical grounds in family court and it got dismissed after trial and her appeal against FC judgement is pending in High Court. Now, eight years has been elapsed since the filing in Family Court. So, in this scenario, Can I file for divorce on ground of irretrievable breakdown of marriage(IRB)? If yes, please advise on in which court it can be filed, and pros & cons of moving such a petition.
