My mothers elder brother{My MAMA] was living with us since 20 years. His wife was died before his death,and he has no children. My mother and myelf were looking after him. He has agriculture land at different place. A farmer is looking after that land. My mama was suffering with TB and he was treted for the same. The medical bill was paid by me. Later he was suffering with dementia and then parkinsons desease. At that time the farmer with a bad intention taken signature on blank Bond paper . After the death of my Mama the said farmer written a will on that bond peper stating that my mama was living in his house and all the medical expences and maintainance expences and all other things were taken care by him.By his service my mama made that will on his name. on the basis of that will he applied for transfer of my Mams property. My mother submitted objection for property transfer with the Tahsilder stating that the farmer is not a blood relative to us,my mama was living with her. All the medical expences were made by herself attaching the voter Id, Gas connection book, medical bills residance certificate and succession certificate etc. The RTC case was conducted and the Tahasildar given judgment that the property can not e transfered on the basis of will unless it is probated by the Civil court.Now the farmer filed case in the court and my mother is also filed the objection. We got all the above documents.
The farmer submitted a wrong affidavit stating that my mama is his Uncle for getting a death certificate from the place where my Mama was living. But my Mam was expired in the hospital at the different place and the death was registered by the hospital.I have the copy of the same. My quarrey is that:
1. Will made by the Dementia patient is valid.
2. Can we file a criminal[Fraud] case against the farmer on the asis of wrong affidavite.
3. What will be the decision we expect from the court.

Later he was suffering with dementia and then parkinsons desease discharge certificate issued by KLE Hospital & Medical Research Centre [of KLE Medical Deemed University] Belgaum shows the report of his mental status. HOD of psychatric Department in his opinion is also mentioned in that discharge summery sheet. In the death certificate the doctor mentioned the desease as Parkinsons desease

dear freinds
one of my cliennt was granted anticipatory bail by asj in a FIR u/s 420 ipc and while granting bail the judge has imposed condition that he wil not leave india widout prior permission of trial court
now the investigation is complete and d police has filed cancelation report wid the trial court
my query is under which section can i apply for waiver of the condition for prior permission to travel abroad are there any case laws on this since my client is a business man and he requires to keep travelling abroad twice a month

The Income Tax Department has issued Press Release on 31.07.2017 that for the purpose of e-filing return, it would be sufficient as of now to quote Aadhaar or acknowledgement No. for having applied for Aadhaar in e-filing website. The actual linking of PAN with Aadhaar can be done subsequently, but any time before 31st August, 2017.
It has however, been made clear that the returns will not be processed until the linkage of Aadhaar with PAN is done.

Date of e-filing of Tax return has been extended up to 05.08.2017, as per the press release from the Government of India. Link posted below:

SOME ONE GOT HIS AADHAAR MADE AT OUR ADDRESS:
A dhobi, right in front of my brothers home, was given only the house gate key to facilitate electric meter reader to read the meter as house was locked for almost 10 years with our selves visiting five or six times a year... now we have taken the key back from him as we are renting it out.
We learnt that subject Dhobi got the Aadhaar Card for himself as well his family made at our address while he has his own home in village nearby.
Please let us know the implications and our line of action. How can we approach the Aadhaar authorities to submit our problem?

Good evening Friend's
My query is one school in Chennai wrongly printed 14 th of August is independence day instead of 15th August in their school students dairy. In their school there are 2000 and above students studying . Has the school commited any wrong as per Indian constitution ? Can I take any legal action or there any way to rectify it ? Kindly enlighten the issue plz
