i sunil prakash dhamija (called x) born in 1962 fathers name rajender kumar dhamija ( called f )mothers name sarla dhamija (called m ) was given to o p dhamija (called fd) elder brother of ( f ) at the age of two ( fd ) and nita praksh dhamija ( called md ) wife of ( fd ) brought me up and every where i was the son of(fd)and ( md )
in my central board of secondary education certificate 1978 my father is ( fd ) even in my passport 1981 even in the court of ambala where my first marraige divorce was settled ( fd ) signed as father
in 1975 ( fd ) takes one more child from ( m ) named as vikram dhamija( called y ) on adoption ( y ) born in 1975 at dehradun residence of (fd ) and ( f 's ) mother in this adoption ceremony ( fd 's ) relations and near by neighbors participated out of which mr joginder lal dhamija ( called ff ) youngest brother of ( fd ) is alive and meena mehta sister of ( fd ) is alive and the biological mother of ( x and y ) is alive we can produce them as witness in the court of law
once one child ( x ) of ( m ) was living with ( fd ) and ( md ) since 1962 how can ( fd ) and ( md ) take the second child ( y ) son of ( m ) in adoption the court verdict in divorce case of ( x ) at ambala took place in the year 1985 ten years later of adoption of ( y ) by ( fd ) and ( md ) where ( fd ) signed as father of ( x )
in 1989 ( x ) was married second time and here also (fd ) and ( md ) got the marraige done of ( x ) in 1990 ( x ) was blessed with a son the delivery was done at visakhapatnam in virasi hospital by ( Fd ) and ( md ) as ( x ) was on the business trip of ( fd ) in gujrat with ( fd) s brother ( ff )
( x 's ) son was living from birth with ( fd ) and ( md ) in 1994 ( fd ) got him admitted in the ppi school at visakhapatnam as his grand son in 1996 he writes to his grand sons principal of the school ( letter attached ) and in 1999 ( fd ) dies leaving behind lot of property and a will stating ( y ) is his wed lock son and ( x ) was just brought up by me i never adopted him legally
I ( x ) am sure that ( md ) played it dirty and the will was fraudulently fabricated made under undue influence of
( md ) as ( fd ) was suffering from cancer and I ( x ) took him to tata memorial hospital where doctors after
treatment gave up and said pls take him home as he has life for only one or two months he use to have marfin
tablets to control the pain was not in sences most of the time will written three days prior to his death
and the witness mr ram krishna the accontant of ( fd ) and ( md ) has helped ( md ) in fabricating the will
( md ) had all the rights on (fd's )property and in the year 2002 ( md ) gets ( y ) married to her younger sisters daughter and ( y ) starts selling all propertys of ( fd ) and he bought all the property in his name and then ( md ) dies in 2014 leaving nothing for ( x ) know in 2017 ( y ) also dies leaving behind all the property without a will (y 's ) wife jyotee and her two minor children son 13 and daughter 9 have started selling the property

Respected members, I had given a Xerox copy of property agreement to a broker for selling my flat. Eventually I decided not to sell the flat and rented it my brother. Can the broker misuse the Xerox property agreement. Pls help. The originals are with me.

Sir, my father and mother belong to diff communities and I have 2 caste certificates owing to each of their community..however i have used only one in all my certificates. Is just having another one is illegal...if so what shall I do

We have a property with the name
GPA mother name 1994
Agreement to sale and purchase Father name 1994
Then GPA transfer to Father name in 2007.
Now who is the owner ??
Will mother cancel 2007 FPS to take ownership?
Can father sale property to anyone without permission of Mother?
Problem facing father selling property to other party and taking New Property with grandfather name .

I'm have a property issue. Our property was in Mothers name. Declaration done in 1977 in my mothers name. Both Father & Mother are alive. Our Father built the house and parents living in that house along with my 3rd Brother and myself (as I don't have separate house) and We are four children all male. Our Mother did the Will in 2007 and as per Will myself getting 50 cents, third brother 70 cents, second and First getting 20 and 25 cents respectively as per the interest of parents as they fought with our father long back and they live far separately. Myself and 3rd Brother working abroad & our family live with our parents.
my elder brother got the information (who is alloted only 25 cents) and he was able to take my mother without knowing us to register entire land in his name. Now RTC in my brothers name. This happened just in two months back and now we come to know. Our Mother ilitrate can read but not understand content of the deed. She just signed. When asking mother why she has signed like this & replied they have informed her that she has been informed them that they will divide as per the alloted land of WILL. Now we need to cancel the RTC done in my brothers name.
Is it possible to revoke it? Please advice

Hii my grandmother has property and she wants it to be given to my father after she passes away so we wanted it to be done as SETTLEMENT DEED LIFE INTREST
So if it is done will she able to change the document again in her life time
Will the mentioned person in the document only can have the rights of owenership after her lifetime?

Error or mistake made while drawing the preliminary decree
Hello All,
Need a quick help..
We as defendants noticed that preliminary decree points not matching with judgement summary of preliminary decree judgement ..
Can this be corrected at the time of Final decree proceedings by invoking CPC 151 and 152 ?? As time already lapsed to file an appeal against preliminary decree judgement. The present suit is a partition suit.
