Can any person purchase gaothan plot.... what documents should v look for??Is it Legal to buy such plot?? Looking to buy it for building bunglow for my family... please help me with advice...

we have a piece of 10 kattha land in Bihar in my father's name who is no more.My father purchased that land approx 30 yrs back. problem is when we wanted to sell that land we came to know that in that land document ( kewala) everything like boundary khata no etc are written correct but khesra no is wrong ( intead of 1662 it is written as 1162).actually that land was 1 bigha and it belong to only person from whom my father and other people purchased. When we other people document they have correct khesra no (1662) written. Even in the online land portal of Bihar my khata khesra no (1662)show my father's name.we want to sell this land but we have no idea how can we correct it as registry office people are suggesting to re register that land but that would cost around 3.5 lakh and we are not in position to pay that much amount. Is there any other way by which this can be corrected? Please

Humari building pichle kaafi saalo se repair nahi hui...pagdi system hai or builder humari building k top floor par hi rehte hai...building me bahot saare cracks hogaye hai jiski vaje se paani humare ghar ki chato se aata rehta hai...har bar monsoon me hume same problems face karni padti hai.builder ko ghar ki condition batate hai to wo log personal family property issues bata k taal dete hai k humare hath me kuch nahi hai etc etc..hum rent bhi dete hai or paani ka bill bhi pay karte hai...lekin wo log properly month wise bill nahi dete...hum unse humesha kehte hai monthly rent liya kare achanak ek sath payment karna financially issue hojata hai but wo log apne hisab kitab se chalte hai man me aye to 6 months ka ek sath bill dete hai otherwise saalo saalo ka ek sath rent bharna padta hai....hum apne kharche se ghar ko repair karte hai or ab to ye condition hogai hai k building ko bahar se bhi repairing zarurat hai warna kabhi bhi gir jaye.lekin builders ko koi farak nahi padta.pls help us and give the sulotion pls.

Hi All
I have applied for PNB met life ulip policy in the month of Aug 2016.while filling the application I have provided a cheque for first instilment premium.The premium amount was deducted from my account but I haven't received policy or premium receipt till last month. The PNB met life team saying we sent the policy document on 19.08.2016
and it is returned back due to invalid address.I haven't receive any mail communication ,phone call or SMS before or after sending the policy document .They are not showing the proof of mail communication.In the month of Jan 2017 I spoked with respective customer care team as well as employee(who took the application) of PNB Metlife ,They said there is no policy document on my name.All of sudden I'm getting second installment premium due date SMS and second installment premium automatically deducted from my account from my bank account before crossing the due date.
I have all the proof for call details .My concern is due lack policy premium details in the financial year 2016-2017 I have paid more money as income tax because I'm able to show only 90K under 80C.Now I'm not happy to continue with this policy because of above reason and I want my money back which I was paid as an extra amount in the income tax and total paid premium amount without tax and want to close this policy

hello experts. one of my cousin bro as i said is applied for bro. when they checked in online. in nature of disposal it is given contested: allowed. what does it mean. Iam little confused by the term used there. what does that mean? will judgement be updated online? how much time will it take? or can we collect it immediately from court?. please answer experts.

Nowadays atleast basic cell phone model with no camera and memory card is crucial for the Citizens of the country. Because Mobile phone is linked to Adhar card, Pan card, Banking sector and list goes to many.
The Mobile has become the part of human organ in recent times when country is going for Digital India and communication to all.
But few Govt organizations is curbing the practice of bringing at least basic phones inside the organization by its employees. I believe the fundamental rights of the citizens are violated in this practice.
Secondly the use of basic cell phones ( No camera, No memory, No smart phone ) will not leak any organization data to the outside world. The basic Keyboard cell serves the purpose of
a) Remote communication during field works
b) Job rotation works
c) Banking transactions ( OTP passwd )
d) Railway Booking ( OTP passwd )
e) Family Emergency situations
f) Adhar, Pan card , Passport and linkages to many Govt institutions.
In this regard; Please help me out in understanding the necessity of basic cell phones at present times.

Hindu member died intestate and also without making a nomination. No legal heir has come forward to claim right over property in response to society's notice for the same. Society has given undertaking to developer and received the corpus fund and flat ( for litigation, claim and damages). The society has suo moto acted as an administrator/ executor without obtaining any order from competent court. Under the circumstance is the action of society backed by any law. And further will the above be treated as a benami transaction and what is the time limit for treating a transaction as benami.

I have recently bought a flat with 100 sq ft covered parking space. The parking space is properly marked in the agreement with the parking slot number. The same was there in previous 2 deeds also. The agreement was accepted by the bank and provided me a bank loan also. However, the owner of the adjacent parking is parking his car in such a way that my parking way is blocked. He has illegally park his car 20 sq feet ahead of his actual parking space. He has been doing the same thing with earlier owners also where he didn't allow them to park their car in the allocated parking space. He has already filed a complaint in local police station regarding mental harassment against earlier owner when they tried to park their car in the allocated parking space. The same was known to the society people also.
Kindly suggest how I should approach to get the parking space free. Is there any legal provision available where I can get the parking space free without getting into direct confrontation with him.
