Dear All
I am a newly advocate in civil side. Please advise whether for suit for partition, suit for possession, suit for cancellation of sale deeds and suit for injunction, can i take any lower value say Rs 50 lakhs for paying lower court fees while property's actual value is above Rs 1 crore. will there be any negative impact on my case as well as claim.
Please also guide if there is requirement of court fees say for e.g Rs 25000 than how to produce these court fees stamps ....whether plaint will be typed on such stamps or cancilled stamps of Rs 25000 will be produced in court for filing plaint.

Hi,
There is an interesting situation.....
Bike owner and an other person was travelling by Motorcycle.......Unfortunately met an accident......Bike owner was a pillion rider and the other one was driving who has no Driving License...........Now.....Except d victim only Bike owner was only eye- witness........Police chargesheeted both......The Owner under M.V. Act for giving vehicle for ride to a person who has no Driving License and d Driver u/s. 279, 338 IPC and under M.V.Act for driving a vehicle without Driving License.............
The Query is........Whether an accused of a crime { the owner} can be a witness against other accused, in d same case......The Owner is also supposed to proove notice / information u/s 133 of M.V. Act.....
The Bike owner is made accused only for giving his vehicle to drive to a person without Driving license.......But on d other hand the Owner is a sole eye witness of d incident and he has to proove notice U/s 133 M. V. Act.
Under above-mentioned facts whether an accused can be made a witness against the other accused in same case which is being jointly tried........

My wife along with minor daughter has left us . We already send a leagal notice at her maternal place to come back since I am having health issue But my father in law said that since we mentally tortured her she has gone under depression which seems to be merely an excuse because I talked to my wife few days back she was well. My query is that if she is not fine as stated by her father and allegation regarding mental torture are baseless being a natural guardian of my wife and also of minor daughter what action I can take against them ??? Since I am in doubt that my inlaws are misleading her. They are not allowing me to speak my wife and daughter

Whether technical resignation acceptance letter specifies anything regarding pay of the employee or not
Hi All members Thanks to all of you who replied upon my query last time but further I have a question in continuation of that case. The rape victim sent multiple abusive messages to her Rapist after rape. Its already delayed in filing rape complaint. She has not yet filed the complaint as she is under psychiatric treatment. If she files the rape complaint against her rapist doctor will victim also has to go jail for sending him abusive messages ? This matter is of 2015 still no FIR filed as she is under mental treatment and highly scared and no support.
