Respected Experts,
Please guide and educate me on whether I will get my basic pay protected or not if the conditions are as follows -
I am serving in a U. P. govt aided Intermediate College under the department of Secondary Edu. drawing a basic pay of 66000 approx.( 7th pay revised). I applied for the post of Assistant Professor advertised by the U. P. Higher Education Service Commission, Allahabad, the body responsible for the selection of Assistant Professor for U.P. govt aided Degree (UG/PG) colleges under the department of Higher Education of U. P. Govt, after taking permission and NOC from the authority/employer. After going through a written test and and interview conducted by the UPHESC, Allahabad I got selected for the Asst. Prof. post. The entry pay scale being P.B. 15600-39100, AGP 6000 (pre-revised) corresponding to Basic pay of 57700 (ugc 7th pay revised), I am at loss of the basic pay of salary.
Please let me know if pay-protection is admissible to me. Please quote the relevant information and rules for taking my future decision and betterment of my career.

My wife had prepared a will and registered it in which she had stated that in the event of her death all her property including shares of the companies to be transferred on my name. Now she has passed away. I have found that she had no demat account and shares are not converted into demat form. I also do not have a demat account and shares on my name are also not converted into demat form.Will you please advise me on how to go about? Are there professional people who can take the responsibility of doing the needful at a price? Please help.

Hi,
My friend went to the UAE for work in 2010 and he came back in 2015.
He has got some pending debts of few banks over there. His intention is to pay, but at present his financial condition is not good.
I would like to know the following :
- WHAT IS THE JURISIDICATION OF UAE BANKS
- IS THERE ANY TREATY SIGNED BETWEEN TWO COUNTRIES?
- WHAT ACTIONS THEIR BANKS CAN TAKE. HE IS GETTING THE LEGAL NOTICES/THREATNING MESSAGES ON HIS EMAIL ID.
Please advice on the above in detail.

Is it legal to Buy EWS plot from private developer which is VUDA (Visakhapatnam Urban Development Authority) approved, even though i don't belong to EWS category.
As per VUDA Norms, private developers has to earmark 10% of the Plots for EWS. Are these EWS plots actually reserved for EWS section or these are just a norms made by the VUDA authority to be followed by the private developers and the final decisions to sell these plots are left to private developers.

Respected sirs,
I here by take previlege to ask u suggestion regarding a case..I won a case in cat cout Kolkata in the year 2015 citing the judgement of Patna CAT court of similar matter which was later upheld by Delhi High Court ..Afterwards the aggreived party (staff selection commison) challenged the same decision in Supreme court and that appeal was also dismissed ..Meanwhile our judgement was again challenged by SSC during the pendency of orginal judgemtn in Supreme court but we backed out of the case due to inevitable reasons ..Now I got to know about the sc's Judgement that the order of Patna cat court is upheld...So ,i m in dilemma whether i would get justice or not as i backed out of the case when it was challenged by SSC...pls suggest what cource of action is availble to me to get back my job on the basis of that judgement..

Little history
Cheque bouncing case at Mumbai magistrate Court for the amount of 7.93 lakh.
I have given the cheque to the bank.
Banking received the permission to sell the property but property selling process may take little more time.
Questions
1. Beginning with 5 / 6 Dates I have attended the case but now I am not attending the court cases summons has been issued but not delivered to me do it create an implication on me?
2. If I don't attend the case what will be the worst scenario?
3. In a cheque bouncing case 138 is Bank can stop me to travel abroad imposed on my passport?
4. Do I lose my job when I am working outside Mumbai because of 138 matter?
Looking for 138 expert lawyer to take care of this case at Mumbai

Original documents in court
I would like to know whether in a RCS filed by me against a person fraudulently claiming that he has purchased my property worth over 20 lakhs for a meagre 4.00 lakhs I can be compelled by the court of Lower Division in Vasai to deposit the original documents I'm relying upon to prove my credentials. I've already submitted copies with the RCS suit and have requested the court to have the originals verified by a Court personnel and return the originals but the judge, at the instance of the opposition advocate does not agree with me. Considering the fraudulent conduct of the opposite claimant during the last few years I genuinely feel the documents can be either tampered with or even go
missing.
I understand the High Court at Bombay as well as the City Civil Court do not insist on the same and the same are to be produced during evidence or cross examination as the case may be.
