Respected sir, My name is spelled Chinthapalli Shashindar in ssc and intermediate..now I want to correct my name as Chinthalapally Shashinder Reddy....there is no "la" in Chinthalapally and there is 'a' instead of e in shashinder...no Reddy...now iam persuing bsc 3 rd...how to change it..thank you

In Civil case, my lawyer cross-examined the witness, who is from OP. While cross-examination, witness argues with the lawyer and called him Idiot. The lawyer immediate report the matter to civil Judge, the judge assures that he will mention this remarks in an order
The order still has not been uploaded.
My question is
1 If the judge does not mention in his order, then what action can be taken from my lawyer side against the witness?
2 If the judge mentions that witness called the lawyer an Idiot, then will it also brings to contempt of court? What are the other legal remedies available for a lawyer?

I filed for RCR last year and there was no response from her. Can I files for divorce now. And if I can now useful is RCR case I filed.

Respected lawyers, my age is 53 years , central govt servant , and my wife state govt servant , daughter post graduate and working , son in 12 std and learning , i am under depression treatment since 7 years due to my arrogant and , selfish wife , i feel strongly that in my older age she will not accompany me . i feel jointly we should go for divorce however she is not ready . in india divorce take lot of time and i am 53 years old therefore can i live just as friend with unmarried women .

Hii...my father had a heated agreement with Development authority's JE and he filed an FIR case against my father..he had also written false statements in it stating that he had also beaten him..
We have taken top lawyers advice in Saharanpur but nothing turned us to be fruitful..some days you have to go to Allahabad high court for "same day bail "or "Arresting Stay" while other lawyers suggest that Saharanpur district judge can give you a bail from Saharanpur itself as anticipated bail is not in Up..
Please suggest what to do..
Prompt advice over it will be really appreciable

Dear sir iam contesting a case on defendent side of of will deed presented by plantiff . plantiff has presented 4 witnesses so far .the will deed has 4 atttestors apart from scribe .none of them came forword to give evidence .the defendent has filed cheif examination.at the time of cross examination of defendent No.1 the plantiff has brought one attestor and filed chief examination and filed petition for advocate commissioner to record evidence of scribe. Now judge reserved case for orders. So what will be order whether defendent examination is allowed or plantiff examination is allowed

When i can file for Annulment? My wife is not mentally stable and i got to know about it after 7 months of marriage. I was married in Jan 2016. She is with her parent now since Dec 2016, the day when i got to know about her mental illness. There was no physical relation between us.
Can i file annulment now? What is procedure and is maintaince is applicable in case of annulment?
I readsomewhere that one can fill annulment within 1 year of day when we got to know about such fraud.

i had submitted a cheque for transfering my funds from one bank account to another on saturday, however i came to know that the account has only 5,76000/ and where as i have drawn a cheque of 600000/. i deposited the balance 30,000/ on monday itself. On tuesday i got the call from the bank that my cheque has been returned due to insufficient funds and the penalty will be deducted. i told them that requisite sum had been deposited in the bank on monday by 11 am. but the bank official said both the bank will deduct amount to the tune of 300/. however on my persistence the same cheque was again sent for clearance and funds were transferred from the same cheque. i wish to know if same cheque is cleared can he bank still deduct the amount for insufficient fund.

Selling my property
I had a house in delhi which was built on dda land alloted to my grandparents and which I received through my grandmother's will.i underwent the process to get mutation done in my name.i underwent a collaboration with the builder to demolish the house and built 4 floors along with stilt parking and selling rights of two floors rested with him and two with me.we did a sale agreement and sale deed for the same.but since he paid the stamp duty and he was buyer so he kept the originals and gave us the certified copies.For building plan to be sanctioned you should have conveyence deed registered for which builder helped since he had a middle man in dda and he kept the original conveyence deed with him saying he will return it as soon as he has sold both his floors.during all this a period of 5 years passed and we left the conveyence deed with him .Now he has lost our conveyence deed.my question is will I be able to sale both my floors and execute a sale deed in some body's name with certified copies of conveyence deed,sale agreement sale deed although I have all the papers like allotment letter,site possession letter perpetual lease mutation letter etc
