harpal kaur registered a case against my mom on 2011 a pronote was signed by my mom for 20000 rs at 3% interest pm i e ,36% pa now court also ordered us this interest rate while they hv no licence in 2015 she died within a month may be after one month of court order now girls of her put case on us in nov 2015 for recovery of same we didnt file any appeal against harpal kaur as she was died but after 3 month her girls registered case against us now we cant file appeal without lic and 36% interest is illegal in punjab can we hope for someone legal help its urgent pls reply where we should complain about themselves police or other place court order to pay 45000 interest now within 3 days

I am planing to bur a land 2000 sq.ft. in lucknow. 143 to the land was issued by SDM in may 2016 but the same was suspended by DM in December 2016. How it will affect my interest later if I purchases the land. Appeal regarding revolacal of the 1 43 is under process.

Dear Experts,
I'm continuosly receiving threats, abuses and blackmailing on an online hindi newspaper website. I believe my original details have been stollen from my social media account and the possible cyber criminal is threating me that he will create a fake account on my name, using my all details and will abuse Politicians and Local police station by hacking my devices and stilling my original IP address.
I got his account blocked by taking help of news paper website admin but he again and again creating new account and threating.
Even in one instance he created account on my name and using my orignial picture and pasted my all details including my Residential address and phone number.
Please suggest what can I do to save myself from such cyber criminals?
Is it possible that someone can still my IP Address and abuse others by using my device??

The redeveloper/builder have the commencement certifcate to start the redevelopment building project on which basses he is trying to sell his flat without registering with RERA. The consumer want to find out the fact of this site with Registrar but since not registered with RERA unable to trust the builder. Insuch case when.is the redeveloper/builder bound and must toregister With RERA
Does the redeveloper/builders comes under default and the penalty clause of RERA comes in force.

I am planing to buy a house from Mr. A. Mr A was given GPA by Mr Y( made a layout). The GPA was noted at a notary and not registered with the registrar. In 2004, Mr A made a registered sale dead on his wife's name. My concern : There is no date on the GPA, The GPA is not registered with the registrar Mr Y passed away in the year 2000. (sale dead by Mr A was done in 2004) What is the expert opinion? Can the property be purchase?

sir i have given a loan of rs 10 lakh to my relative in 2010 and he was giving confirmation for the same to me till 2013 and after 2013 his father died and i asked him to repay but he did not give me confirmation and repay.he gave me 16a form for ay 2015-16 in which he deducted tds and than i filed a civil suit for recovery .the following years he did not gave me any documents.now he is making a new stand that in fy 2016-17 he has given me diesel against the said amt by making fake vouchers of his firm and adjusting my loan amt with that diesel vouchers.can he do that.he is a petrol pump owner.what legal and tax remedy u would suggest .
