I am suresh age 24. I belong to Rajasthan. My ancestral house is there, my father have many document of Rajasthan and I was also born in Rajasthan. We are living in haryana from last 18 years as my father works in a limited company here. I mentioned our temporary haryana address as permanent address and temporary address in all documents. We also bought property here but its not mentioned in any of my document. My cast is SWAMI which is in obc for haryana state only but not in central list of haryana. At the same time my cast is in state list and central list of Rajasthan as obc. I want to make my obc from Rajasthan to avail obc in upsc and cgl. I don't have voter I'd yet. Also 12 year ago I made haryana domicile and obc certificate but now they are saying this certificate is obsolete and u need to apply a new one. This time I want to make it from Rajasthan somehow. My grandfather are still living in Rajasthan. Question is...can I avail Rajasthan obc legally....will there be any issue if I somehow able to make it from Rajasthan. What is the procedure for it.

what if one sent notices to loan defaulter by speed post several times monthly but the person never replied back.The question is whether it is deemed as implied acceptance for the revival of limitation .

Hi,
Currently i am fighting two cases RCR(filled by me last year) & Divorce (filled by wife in this year).
Divorce case is on interim maintainence decide stage but since wife & her lawyer refused to take our cross examination in other case whihc is RCR, we got RCR decree last week.
Court in which i won RCR said that he is keeping memory card (electronic evidence) with him after passing decree.
I want to know that if i want to use same evidence in divorce case too so what should i have to do in this case?
Did court in reality keeps original electronic evidence with him after case completion ?
We already submitted a CD containing all the electronic evidence copy like (WhatsApp, SMS, Call Recording & Emails).
Can anyone suggest me right steps i need to take or what i need to say both court regarding evidence court wants to keep.

My query is that apart form the documents which is required to sign under Companies act , is it optional to mention the DIN on other documents submitted to Bankers and BMC ?

we filed a writ petition in bombay high court our present lawyer is not cooperating he is giving lame excuses many time we told him its uregemcy plz take it on suplementry he giving lame excuses plz tell me the procedure how to change lawyer

I WAS CENTRAL GOVERNMENT PERMANENT STATT AS LDC. I JOINED TO AUTOMOUNS BODY AS CMPFO AFTER GETTING LIEN 2 YEARS. NOW I WANT TO JOIN BACK TO PARENT DEPARTMENT . CAN I JOIN BACK MY PARENT DEPERMENT.

EPF and final settlement
I joined a private limited concern on october 2017.At joining,company haven't issued an appoinment order.My salary during joining was 18000 per month.No pf or esi deducted from my salary.I worked till may 2017.My employer not giving me the bonus for 2016-2017 year.i dont have salary slip.But having relieving order from the company.My salary credited to bank account on 7th every month.Am i eligible for bonus?
Also can i claim for the pf benifits i haven't got from the company?Company is having 250+employees working.How can i claim?
